Welcome to “L’Annicha”, our home in the picturesque Quercy region of France where you will get away from the hectic day-to-day in a serene and authentic setting. The Loft (*** 64 m2 apartment for 2 people) is on the first floor of the barn with a mesmerising view of the valley in front. It has been newly renovated and is very spacious thanks to its lofty concept. Apart from the kitchen, dining and living space, a king-size bed and a bathroom, in summer you enjoy a yard and the lap pool.

The Cabane des Remparts

Small charming cottage for rent in a medieval village of Quercy. Breathtaking view facing south, peaceful hanging garden with private pool for the guest couple, fish pond, palm trees and terrace. three restaurants including a caterer in the village, a bakery and a supermarket… all within walking distance. We love to speack English;-) Attention: the pool opens at the beginning of June… consult me according to the weather to find out if it can be opened from 15 May:-)

The Gîte _Colline de Boutiès_

Boutiès Hill: Unusual Nature Friendly Cottage adjoining our house on a landscaped estate of 3 ha. This traditional 35 m2 accommodation has a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, table and chairs, sofa and TV. A bedroom with bathroom (walk-in shower and toilet) Outside you have a terrace with garden furniture and BBQ. Access to the pool and games is shared with the other accommodations. "La Paillote" bar and restaurant area is the place to be on the Hill!

For your safety, the common terrace and parking are under video surveillance. No cleaning fees.

A great place to relax by the pool or visit our small villages and their markets where you can meet our passionate producers. Small 20 m2 house, in the countryside. Carefully restored, it includes a living room equipped with a double sofa bed, a kitchenette and a warm chalet-style bathroom. It has a wood-burning stove. It benefits from a shaded area equipped with a barbecue and garden furniture and a space that opens onto a wide countryside landscape. A stream along the meadow, hiking trails and the nearby medieval village invite you to take a walk.

La Chouette, Cozy Retreat with Breathtaking Views

La Chouette is a picturesque and private two-level village house nestled in the medieval center of Saint Antonin Noble Val. Hand-crafted wooden cabinetry and a curved staircase add warmth and charm. A walled garden with lower and upper terraces provide a spectacular view across the Aveyron river to wooded hills topped by the Roc d"Anglar. La Chouette is closed in January and February.

Le [Cosy] - Lot Cottage - Swimming Pool

This old renovated barn of 268 m² in wood and white stones of 1859 with views of the valley and 1.7 ha of unfenced land is located in the south of Lot in Castelnau-Montratier in the heart of Quercy Blanc, composed of 3 lodgings with a swimming pool, large covered terrace of 80 m². [Le Cosy] 35 m² has a private terrace, capacity of 2/4 people. Independent entrance, not overlooked.

Perched in the canopy of a forest overlooking a wild valley, this comfortable cabin equipped with a kitchenette and a bathroom with dry toilet is perfectly suited to nature lovers or anyone looking for tranquility. STRICTLY NO SMOKING OUTSIDE AND INSIDE AND NO CANDLES. Absolutely none. Instead, we provide flameless, battery-operated candles for you to use.
