This old barn dating from the 15th century was a silk factory! With an area of 75 square meters, it is composed of a large living room with open kitchen, sitting area with sofa bed, wood-burning stove..., and upstairs a large bedroom with bathroom. Our former 3-star silk factory is located at the crossroads of the Cévennes and Ardèche regional parks, close to rivers and character villages. Vallon Pont d'Arc and its cave are 30 minutes away.

Between Lablachère and Les Vans, the farmhouse is a former silk factory, the new "Les Cyprès" cottage (rated 4*, 53 m2), located at the back of the building, enjoys a large private terrace. This preserved environment will offer you space, charm and serenity for a quiet holiday. The garden unfolds at the front of the farmhouse on two levels, the lower part houses a swimming pool (salt water) of 8 x 4 m (to be shared).
