One of the best Airbnbs I've ever been to. The accommodation is superb, tastefully decorated and warm. I can only recommend it if you want to discover the Ardèche and stay in a spacious, cozy apartment, in which you feel really good. The village of Balazuc is beautiful, and you can walk to the beach in 10 minutes, we enjoyed it. Mary is a great host, responsive and thanks to her everything was easy and chill.

Relaxing weekend with family, our two children and our dog, we had a wonderful time. Kristin is a great host, flexible, smiling and with good advice. The place was very peaceful, quiet. The children loved the ping pong table and enjoyed meeting the donkeys. We went on two beautiful hikes, it was very nice to discover the Ardèche in this way. We spent 3 days at Carine's place. The cottage is very beautiful and decorated with taste. It was very clean upon arrival and has a large number of amenities. The setting is very peaceful, surrounded by nature, but both close to several places of interest. We will definitely stay there again, it was a very pleasant experience!

What a beautiful home and location. The house is in a cluster of stone homes in this spectacular hill town. Cobblestone paths, beautiful gardens and ancient architecture and history. Pierre was helpful in carting our suitcases through what looks like a Harry Potter village up to our very modern, comfortable house. A unique Provence experience.

Great stay at Aeric and Caroline's! Incredible farmhouse in a typical Ardeche setting. Eric and his son were very nice and we would recommend this accommodation without hesitation. We loved it.

Great stay in the middle of nature! We had an exceptional stay with 3 families (13 people) in this spacious and comfortable house. The setting is magical: located in the heart of nature, the place offers absolute calm and a breathtaking view of the Ardèche mountains. The house is impeccable, tastefully decorated and equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. The amenities are new and of very good quality. A paradise for children (game room, ping pong, foosball, arcade games, darts, and especially a heated pool!) The beds are comfortable, and the bathrooms are modern and clean. The kitchen opens onto the large terrace, ideal for preparing good meals in a group while enjoying the setting. Several trails start directly from the house, allowing you to discover the beauty of the surrounding landscapes. Whether it's a family outing or a more athletic hike, there's something for everyone. There is no direct line of sight from the terrace, the setting is even more beautiful than what we could see in the photos of the listing. The accommodation was clean and very functional. We had a great weekend with friends, thank you very much! 🌲🌞

Very large and pleasant house for large groups. Everything comes together for a good time. Too bad there was only one fridge out of the two that worked.

This accommodation is by far the cleanest we have rented! Everything is impeccable. The place is super quiet. The owners were kind enough to install a shade sail on the pergola to protect us from the heat. A real luxury! I would recommend it without a second thought!

We had a great 2 weeks at Steeve's. I came with my husband and our dog to recharge our batteries and go on beautiful hikes. The house and garden are very well furnished. The pool, jacuzzi, and petanque court were very much appreciated! Steeve was great, very responsive to every message, he even dropped off charcoal so we could have a bbq. We can only recommend it! Thanks to Steeve for his kindness, we'll be back with pleasure!

We had a great stay in a beautiful house, very clean and surrounded by a nice garden. The location is ideal for exploring Labeaume and the dolmens on foot. Hélène, our hostess, was very welcoming, available and pleasant in our exchanges. We felt very welcome and recommend this accommodation with pleasure!

Great spot to stay in the Ardeche! The house is clean and well located between Ruoms and labeume - which are both beautiful! There’s also amazing walks and river swimming spots within 5 mins walk. We just spent 15 days and the good weather was at the rendezvous, for those looking for calm and tranquility is the ideal place! Christine and Philippe are welcoming, warm, available and concerned for the well-being of their guests. They were good tips for sites to visit, both in the Gard and in the Ardèche which is barely 10 km away Many places to visit including the Pont du Gard, the Pont d 'Arc and the Ardèche gorges by canoe, the Aven Orgnac cave, the Sautadet waterfalls, the Nîmes bullring....) The house is well equipped and local shops are in Barjac 3km away We had a great time!

very nice apartment, very clean. large bedroom with storage. spotless bathroom. everything has been redone. fully-equipped kitchen with plenty of dishes and appliances. on one level with a garden. shaded terrace. I highly recommend it. I think we'll be back ourselves. Thank you so much for everything.

Wonderful stay in this peaceful place designed and maintained with love by Vanina and George. It is a home that keeps us immersed in nature in contact with the elements. The irregular Lauze stone from floor to roof, the wind that can rush into the upstairs bedroom through the windows without woodwork when it is not the first rays of sunshine that invite themselves at the foot of the bed -very comfortable -. The -hot - shower in the open air facing the mountain covered with a magnificent forest of chestnut and holm oaks. This place is worth it since it is almost 30 minutes from the nearest shops, after beautiful winding mountain roads. Don't forget to arrive with some groceries on the first day! If you're not looking for beauty, authenticity, simplicity, go your way. For the others, you will be spoiled.

The accommodation is full of charm, functional, very clean, located in a hamlet in the heart of nature, composed of other guest houses, cottages and dwellings. In the summer, be prepared to face the mosquitoes and warmth! Luckily, the river accessible about 10 minutes by car is the best way to cool off. Patrice is clearly the one who will make your stay unique: full of excellent tips on sightseeing, swimming, markets, the most knowledgeable people in their field for all your sought-after purchases and services... He is a real connoisseur of the region in addition to being a responsive, friendly and caring person.

Spacious cottage, very well equipped and decorated, beautiful estate, a shame the weather did not allow us to use the beautiful pool. The videos made by Emma to facilitate our arrival were clear and accurate hence a smooth arrival. The books available to us were particularly appreciated by my mom and our dog was able to participate in our stay!!!! since here dogs are allowed!!! Very good stay, I would highly recommend .
