UNIQUE Access via foot bridge, and available transportation for luggage and food. 2 pedal boats/ kayaks available on request and boat ride if I’m there ;-) Water is very clean! ATV, 4x4, Snowmobile Trails very close!

Two small single beds on the 2nd floor ((ATTENTION To get to the 2nd floor, (about 6’5”in the middle, the 2nd floor is in a sloping roof) it is a construction style ladder, so you must be comfortable to climb on this type of structure see photos please)). Limited cellular networks.

Located on the edge of Lac Baker in Saint-Jean-de-la-Lande in Témiscouata. Sleeps 2 adults and a toddler (folding bed available on request).
