First floor, under mansardroof : 2 bedrooms (double beds 160 cm and 140 cm), mezzanine with 1 sofa-bed (140x200), bathroom with tub and toilet (suitable for children but just know an adult cannot stand in the bathtub). Between each rental, our concierge carries out a thorough cleaning of the house, however we still ask you to leave the premises in a decent condition, close to the state in which the house was found upon arrival, as you would do at home so that your housekeeper feels respected: we ask you to put the furniture and decorative elements back in place, empty the refrigerator, the bins, wash and put away the dishes, wipe down where necessary (sinks, oven and cooking rings for example) and sweep the floors lightly. This cabin has its own corner of the forest; you are cut off from the rest of the world. Total disconnection just steps from the river; let your desires guide you during your stay. The cabin consists of an upstairs bedroom with a bed, and downstairs a room that opens onto a terrace which gives you direct access to your Nordic bath. The shower is outside, under a bamboo teepee. A packed lunch (€30/person) or a charcuterie and cheese platter (€24) is available in the evening (order 48 hours in advance)

Designed for 6 people, the KindaHouse is a modern house of 70 m2 in Seignosse (South West of France) with a garden that overlooks a nice wooded park, quiet even in the middle of summer. KindaHouse is close to the beach Seignosse les Bourdaines (renowned surf spot) in the Landes, just 5 minutes from Hossegor. It is just behind the dune, 200 metres from the beach on one side and the pine forest on the other and close to the Le Tube concert hall.
