We spent a wonderful week on vacation with Roberto and Lisa. The place is exceptional, we felt at home. The apartment overlooks a large terrace and the garden with a sea view, there is everything you need, all in impeccable condition. The beaches of Sorgente and Sansone are just a few minutes' walk away, Portoferraio is ten minutes by car, and the central location offers an ideal starting point for exploring the whole island of Elba. Roberto and Lisa greeted us personally and immediately made us feel welcome. They have always been available and very kind. We already want to go back!!!

The elevated position of the house allows very nice views of the village of Capoliveri and the sea in the southwest and northeast. Large terrace, cozy place to rest on the sofa or sun loungers or to eat at the table with panoramic views. Two bathrooms are practical and spacious, the kitchen compact and functional for this apartment size. The village is easily reached on foot, the ascent is also easy to manage after dinner in the village. The parking space in the garage is very convenient. Unfortunately, no bed, kitchen or bath linens are offered, these must be brought along.

Thank you so much for your great hospitality. We felt welcome from the first minute. It was a beautiful well-equipped apartment with 2 terraces. The garden was charming and has a nice swimming pool. It was a quiet and peaceful area and there was a beautiful view of Porto Azzurro. We greatly appreciated Paola's kindness and recommendations. We spent a wonderful time in this appartement. There is even a little private terrace with garden to sunbathe and enjoy your meals outside. For our dog it was pure luxury. The appartement was squeaky clean and tastefully decorated. There’s even mosquito-nets on every window, so no need to worry about insects coming inside. Conny was super nice and helpful. It‘s the perfect spot for a beach vacation.🌴 We will definetly check if the appartement is available the next time we‘re in Elba.

We only stayed 4 days in Angela's apartment but we would be happy to stay another week! Beautiful location in a quiet area (mid-May), in a few minutes on foot you can reach the beach, a few trails and in about ten minutes the village. The view from the balcony is beautiful, the apartment is equipped with everything you need, car parking on the property. Angela is an accurate, very kind host. Two beautiful and quiet cats also stay in the gardens of the various apartments! It was great staying in this apartment, I would very much like to go back. Highly recommended

Beautiful place right by the sea. The view from the bedroom is particularly impressive - the sound of the waves makes for a good night's sleep. Anyway in the low season it was wonderfully quiet. Parking right at the property was a big plus. We will be happy to come back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this apartment! The apartment is very clean, well maintained and well equipped. We were particularly impressed by the fantastic view of the harbor and the lively Piazza of Porto Azzurro. Simply beautiful and unforgettable! An absolute highlight was that we were allowed to use two loungers and a parasol on the beach of Capoliveri for free. A sensational service! There were two of us at Laura's place and we were very satisfied. From the balcony in the kitchen we could see the sea and the beach is less than a 5-minute walk away. The apartment is perfect as a base for a holiday in Elba, as the harbor for the ferries and the old town with its many restaurants and attractions are within easy walking distance. I can recommend Laura's place with a clear conscience.

It was so perfect in all aspects of what I consider to be the best, the most beautiful vacation time inside the home and with the beautiful outside surroundings that I plan to come back. The quiet location with a stunning Sea-and-Mountain-Views from every room in this spacious, tastefully furnished apartment was extraordinary. Donatella communicated very promptly to any thing in writing and her daughter-in law and her son responded by delivering whatever needed to be done. I am also extremely grateful that I was picked up and taken back to the ferry. I have fallen in love with Portoferraio and “my vacation home”, especially the quiet, calming views, the best snorkeling beach in less than a 10 minute walk, my favorite Gelato place, and the amazing walk along the medieval wall up to the historic old town with sites and great restaurants. I did not rent a car, but I would next time because there are other diverse nature places worth exploring. Gracie mille!!! Until I will see you again!

Beautiful apartment and above all beautiful terrace, always lit. The outdoor shower is also very useful and comfortable, taking into account that the nearest beach (Lacona, reachable in 10 minutes on foot) is sandy. Also inside there is everything you need for a stay by the sea and the apartment is generally well maintained. Communication with the host is always impeccable and quick and really kind and attentive to our needs, with two small children. The surroundings are very quiet, there is little to do but if you are looking for peace it is the right place. If you can, go to dinner in "Les orti di mare", nearby on foot: it's worth the experience! Unique in: the mattresses start to be probably old and are a little uncomfortable and it is unfortunate that the mosquito nets are broken, because there are several mosquitoes (despite the treatments) and, creating a nice current, there would be no need for air conditioning with the windows open.

The apartment is wonderful, surrounded by the sea on all sides with indescribable tranquility and peace. It is located in the center and it is very convenient to walk to the sea or activities and restaurants. In addition, Giuseppe was very kind and available to help us at every stage of the stay, from check-in to check-out. A wonderful person! I recommend anyone to stay here as much as possible, it's really worth it!

Very nice and well-kept apartment. Lorenzo was very kind both in welcoming us and in giving directions and information, including about our dog. We had a great time at his house, near the pebble beach. Nearby all the necessary amenities.

Chris is a very warm person and shows it. The apartments and the area are very well thought out. Everything arranged with great attention to detail. The natural pool is a force to be reckoned with, it cleans itself by electrolysis (salt). Our skin immediately noticed and thanked us with smoothness. Chris, we would love to come back to your oasis and can hardly imagine Elba without you. Love B+S

Massimiliano's place is an apartment with spacious, bright and well ventilated environments since it has large windows on three sides of the house. The house is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay and has been perfectly delivered in order and very clean. You can always park in front of the house or about 100 meters away in a shaded parking lot. Venturina's major supermarkets and shops are all within 1.5 km. The beautiful beaches of Rimigliano and Baratti can be reached comfortably by car in a few minutes, being 7 and 9 km respectively.

The place is fantastic! We liked it a lot! There are three lovely bedrooms, and the dining room is beautiful! We just had a problem with the Wi-Fi. Andrea was willing to help, but we didn't have time to fix it because we were coming for work.

Thank you for the wonderful time on Elba. The resort with pool and tennis court is very nice, very well maintained and clean - with a great view of the sea. We enjoyed the tranquility - and the proximity to the beautiful city of Capoliveri, very quick to reach by car, but also on foot if you want to do a small "hike". Thank you to Ricardo and his colleague - for the kindness and helpfulness at the reception. We will be happy to come back.

We were there with 2 infants (5.1). There was a pool which was very clean. An excellent kitchen! The staff were always very friendly and helpful. It was very familiar. The location is great. We were very comfortable and would leave again.

The stay was extremely positive. The area is very wild, but the part attached to the apartment is fenced and very well cared for. The sunbathing lawn with the pool with a jacuzzi is definitely the highlight of this apartment. Very clean apartment, with the essentials for short stays. Great welcome, we always confronted Serena who was always kind and ready to respond. Too bad our stay was so short! We'll be back!
