Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Laconia

Fenia's accommodation is impeccable and very quiet. It is a 10-minute walk from the port and the old town. There are grocery stores at walking distance. This is probably one of the best equipped homes we have booked with Airbnb. Fenia was very kind and very accommodating. His Superhost ranking is well deserved.

lovely accommodation clean new modern amazing bed and lovely soft towels, hot water and full equipped kitchen .great view but the location was amazing, so easy to walk everywhere didnt have to use our car for our stay and we had a toddler with us. We are a family of 5 (3 children age 10-15). We stayed in 4 different air bnb’s on our trip and this was our favorite. Very spacious! Beds were comfortable. Hostess was easy to communicate with. Loved being able to use the washer and dryer. Huge tv in living room with sofas to have dinner in and a movie night with the kids. Great value as well. Would 100% recommend and stay here again!

I can’t express enough just how brilliant this AirBnB is. Christos is extremely helpful, a fantastic host. The images don’t show just how lovely and homely the Airbnb is, or how perfect this location is. The pristine sea is quite literally on your doorstep with canoes available for sunset trips. It’s extremely quiet, with two lovely tavernas within a few minutes walk available to enjoy delicious traditional food.

We had a wonderful time in Kalamata and the accommodation was excellent! The room was very clean, fully equipped and in a very convenient location, close to the old town. But what made our stay special was Angela — kind, friendly and really willing to help us with anything we needed. We thank her very much for the hospitality and we will definitely return to the same accommodation!

Great quiet location in the old town! It was up a decent amount of stairs, which isn’t ideal for hauling luggage, but doable and worth it for the location. The fridge and cupboards were stocked with some basic groceries and snacks which after traveling a bit with kids, is nice to have as an option.

Elli was super welcoming with many touches and very available and responsive. Bedding is good and the A/C is working well. The location is perfect: 10 mi from Agia Marina, and 10 min from the city center (port). Super well-equipped and spacious (possible to make a machine and spread out). For a short or long stay it is great. Elli is a great host for a great place to stay! 🌸

We had a great stay and were felt so welcome from the minute we arrived, straight off the Ferry. The bathroom and Kitchen are brand new, extremely well looked after and the bedroom very comfortable. The Fridge was well stocked with Greek Yogurt and Greek Wine. Who could ask for more? Location was excellent. We would definitely return, when next in Hydra.

Very comfortable, gorgeous apartment near the centre of a gloriously beautiful town. We were really able to relax in this village before the end of our month in Greece. Highlight was the monastery of St John the Baptist, a truely, (and slightly unexpected for me, ) spiritual experience! Afterwards we swam in the cold, utterly clear waters of the nearby river. Highly recommend Theta and Stemnitsa .

This was my first trip to Greece and my first stay on a Greek island. Hydra is charming, and the apartment including the back patio area is comfortable and practical. George also gave wonderful guidance as to local restaurants, bars and beaches which I relied upon a lot during my 5 nights. He is also responsive and easy to communicate with. I recommend this particular property and him specifically.

The whole experience made my family feel completely at home. Anita was so helpful and the outdoor spaces were incredible . The entire house was very well equipped . We hope to return again .

From the moment we arrives we fell in live with this place, which was perfect for two of us for a week. The roads are steep and winding, but that adds to the sense of getting away. We walked the Menalon Trail, which starts in Stemnitsa, to Dimitsana, past monasteries and through the Lousios Gorge - stunning! Not for the unfit or faint-hearted - it's very steep and 12.5km (5 hours) to cover. We needed the cold drinks and mountain lunch when we arrived. The taxi back was entertaining, too - Nikos gave us lots of local information. We also managed day trips to Messene, Mystras, and Mycenae, all about 1.5 hours away by car, though not far as the crow flies. Cafe Gerousia in the town square is fab during the day, and the grills at the taverna are great. The tiny shop tucked in between Σιμο & Σιμο and the Ginger Squirrel has everything, but the proprietress speaks no English - cue lots of looking up Greek words, pointing and grammatical errors on my part.

We had 2 wonderful weeks in the cottage with Mick and Lena and their nice pets. It is a beautiful cottage with a nice swimming pool which was maintained daily. Lena and Mick are hospitable and very helpful. The cottage is within walking distance of a cozy village with multiple restaurants, bakery, supermarket, butcher and mini-markets. The beach of Drepano is also very nice.

Great stay, peace and quiet. Excellent view of the sea. Panagiota is an excellent host.

We loved our stay with Ilias on Hydra. The house has the most spectacular views and has everything you need. Ilias is extremely kind and friendly. We would highly recommend and we wish we had been able to stay longer!!!!

Everything was very nice, very comfortable accommodation for 4 people. Quiet, beautiful neighborhood, with parking space for the car, we were comfortable walking around Leonidio. Perhaps one of the most beautiful places in mainland Greece!!! Thank you Thodoris for the hospitality, we were very lucky to see this amazing place!!!

We absolutely loved our stay, the apartment is beautiful. Nikos was friendly and very helpful. We could not fault anything. The view is amazing and lots of great restaurants and cafes just below. We highly recommend staying here.

Perfect stay, the apartment has everything we could possibly need. It was super clean and comfortable and easy to check in, plus it was great to have parking right below. The neighborhood was quiet but walkable to everything in Nafplio.
