It is in the immediate vicinity (1 km) of Montauban (city of art and history), very many restaurants, and is adjacent to the golf course of Lestang (18 holes) as well as the Racecourse des Allègres. You will appreciate the interior clarity, the view of the surrounding countryside and its large green and wooded areas, while being 2 minutes drive from the historic center of the city.
