Welcome to “L’Annicha”, our home in the picturesque Quercy region of France where you will get away from the hectic day-to-day in a serene and authentic setting. The Loft (*** 64 m2 apartment for 2 people) is on the first floor of the barn with a mesmerising view of the valley in front. It has been newly renovated and is very spacious thanks to its lofty concept. Apart from the kitchen, dining and living space, a king-size bed and a bathroom, in summer you enjoy a yard and the lap pool.

A l’extérieur, à disposition gratuite, une table de ping-pong, un toboggan, un portique, une piscine 5/10 couverte avec un dôme coulissant(non chauffée), draps, wifi, vélos, équipement bébé, eau , électricité. La piscine est à partagée avec un second gîte. Nos gîtes sont totalement indépendants, jardin privatif, barbecue privatif pas de vis à vis. Ménage en option

Located halfway between Montauban, Moissac and Castelsarrasin, on the edge of the Tarn, this 38 m2 annex is totally independent of the house. Recently furnished, it offers pleasant comfort for a family of 4. At your disposal, the swimming pool, the trampoline, the portico and the plancha. Breakfast option (€5 per person, served between 8:30 a.m. and 10:00 a.m.) Charging point rate (11kW-Type 2): €0.30 per kWh. The reservation must be made 24 hours before guests arrive.
