Beautiful, cozy and quiet 2-room apartment (max. 4 people), lots of charm, in 2-family house. Great views, WiFi, parking in front of the house, TV, small stereo system and washing machine. A great winter sports area. Cross-country ski trail in front of the house. Mountain railway in 5 minutes by car. In summer, ideal for hiking, cycling, golfing, swimming, tennis, climbing, etc. The apartment is cozy and lovingly furnished. There's nothing missing for switching off and taking a vacation.

Wonderful view of the lake, ideal for switching off!

The house was newly built. The apartment is furnished in Alpine style. Various details are made with old wood, which makes the apartment unique and homely. The apartment has a very spacious entrance area, where electric grill and deck chairs are available for a cozy stay. The bedroom has a box-spring bed and wardrobe. The bathroom/toilet has a shower and sink with generous storage space. The washing machine can be used free of charge.

Large 2.5 room apartment right on the lake

The apartment is located directly on Lake Lucerne. No public path or road lies in between. Balcony with magnificent lake view, private terrace directly on the lake and private lake access. Lucerne is about 40 km away and can be reached by car, bus, train and also by boat. Zurich is about 70 km away. Tourist tax and final cleaning are included in the price.
