Bookable from 1 night, except at Christmas, when only 3 consecutive nights are permitted.

It is a lovely detached cottage with air conditioning with all the comforts in a very rural setting in the spacious garden of our farm from 1703. It has 2 spacious bedrooms, a living room, spacious kitchen with all appliances and on the ground floor a spacious bathroom with a separate laundry room with washer and dryer. A puppy nursery is located on the property. The entire property is located in Eemnes. Only 30 minutes by car from Amsterdam and Utrecht and the bus stops almost at the door.

Our romantic windmill (1874) is just a few miles from Amsterdam in wide green fields and along a meandering river: "Gein". Easy access to the A'dam. by car, train or by bike. You have the entire windmill to yourself. Three floors, 3 bedrooms with double beds: it easily sleeps 6, a kitchen, living, 2 toilets and a bathroom with bath/shower. Bikes available + kayak. Just leave some extra money if you did use them. No need to reserve ahead. Great swimming water and small landing just in front.

We built the wooden house ourselves in 2019 with used materials. The house can accommodate 4 people, the kitchen diner has a cozy dining table and comfortable seating area. The living room has a beautiful glass roof that provides a beautiful light exposure. - Kitchen equipped with combi oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, induction hob and oven. The 1st bedroom is located on the first floor, next to the bathroom. The 2nd bedroom can be reached with a short staircase on the 1st floor

Zwiethouse is located on Klein Landgoed (1 ha), next to Soestdijk Palace and Drakensteyn Castle. From the house in the woods (located in privacy), beautiful views into nature! Many birds, including owls, squirrels, and you can regularly see deer! Walk/bike (for rent) through the Baarn woods, to the Soesterduinen, eat pancakes in Lage Vuursche, by bike boat to Spakenburg or shopping in Amsterdam, Amersfoort or Utrecht. Amersfoort and Zeist are also nearby.
