This brand new house sits on a cliff overlooking the Caribbean Sea for fabulous sunsets. Watch frigate birds, leaping tuna, dolphins and sometimes whales. You'll have your own private plunge pool and a staircase down into the sea for backyard snorkeling. The house has two mirror image apartments, each completely private. Because this is a new community there may be construction happening, we apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.

Bring the whole family to this spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment that can accommodate up to 6 adults and 2 children (1 King bed, 2 twin beds, 1 queen sofa bed, 1 cot and 1 crib). Lounge on the amazing huge covered balcony or at the pool! Stairs to Lagun Beach are about 20 steps. The lagoon is perfect for families with children! Also 20 steps away is Bahia restaurant and Bar with stunning views of the lagoon! Bahia diving is also on site
