Aesthetically great, feels like home. Clean and the home furnish are of good quality. We enjoyed the heated pool and sauna. It really is a big factor that they have their own water source and dispenser. Spacious and I think an additional amenities like a billiard table would be fun to have in that kind of place. Hosts are very responsive and friendly too.

Hi. We enjoyed our short time stay in this house We felt comfy and we spent well out time to rest Very quiet place and the whole house is very cozy , complete appliances that you can use.

We booked this place for our helper, driver and dog to stay in for the weekend during a wedding and it was perfect. Jannette was so nice and very flexible with our check-in and check-out requests. She was also very responsive and gave clear instructions. Would recommend to anyone who needs a simple, comfortable place to stay in the Nuvali area.

Hosts Philip and Riz were very responsive, provided us with very useful information before and on day of check-in, and reasonably accommodating with requests. The house was clean and smells clean. Looks as it is in the photo and everything they said they would provide, were there. Their staff, Danilo, who was there at check in, was very informative and helpful. Location was near every place we planned on going to and peaceful at night. All in all, we highly recommend this place. Should we have the same number of people going to Tagaytay, we would definitely book here.

This location is very serene. We had our family reunion and everyone had a great time. Very spacious! Heated pool was a win for our kids. Host was quick respond to our inquiries. The lived in staffs were helpful and responsive. We hope to be back again

My family and I had a pleasant overnight stay here. Both the host and the caretaker were friendly and accommodating, readily addressing our questions and requests. Although bugs were present due to the rainy season, we weren’t bothered since we were already aware of it. I would certainly recommend this place to anyone seeking peace and solitude. This was a great stay! I appreciate, first of all, the excellent communication with the host and co-host. They had their messages and reminders ready to go and they responded to questions I had quickly. Because of this, check-in was a breeze. There were no concerns from the reception and the building's check-in process was also smooth. The room used an access code which was really convenient because we didn't have to hold on to a key (which could possibly get lost). The room itself was spotless and smelled clean, we appreciate the additional amenities (bottles of water, coffee and tea, complete with shampoo, body wash and hand wash). Everything worked well, the air conditions were quick to cool up just after a few minutes. I just noticed that the lamp beside the TV has a bulb that's about to go out so we didn't use it. It was also peaceful, especially after waking up though it made sense that it was subtly noisy in the evening (because of Xylo nearby). Otherwise, perfect accommodation.

This place is 10/10. Extremely clean Location is right across Greenbelt The building def feels very safe, securities were very vigiland who comes in and out of the building. The bed is very comfortable. The whole apartment is fully equipped. Jules is very responsive whenever help is needed. Highly recommended if you’re in Manila.

I absolutely loved my stay at this Airbnb! The place is super cute and has a warm, homey vibe that made me feel instantly comfortable and relaxed. You can tell a lot of care went into the decor and setup—it really felt like a home away from home. One of the best parts is how conveniently located it is. It’s close to everything—shops, restaurants, and attractions were all just a short walk or ride away, which made exploring the area so easy. Highly recommend this spot if you’re looking for a cozy, well-located stay with lots of charm. Would definitely book again!

The place is absolutely lovely and beautiful—very homey, clean, and exactly as advertised. The location is A+. It’s conveniently situated near malls and everything you might need is just around the corner. The hosts were friendly, welcoming, and very accommodating. My kids had such a great time during our stay, and so did we. We truly enjoyed our experience and definitely hope to come back soon.

This is our second time being hosted by Venica, and once again, she did not disappoint. She’s incredibly responsive and accommodating, making the whole stay smooth and worry-free. Meldie’s stay had everything I needed for a solo vacay in Manila 🤗 comfortable bed and pullout couch, had all necessary amenities. You’re right about Venice Grand Canal Mall so if you’re looking for something to do there’s a lot nearby! Was always able to contact the owner with questions and concerns :) shower/ bathroom was clean, kitchen had everything needed to cook at home, and there were extra towels and blankets that helped with my stay.

This was exactly what I needed: A comfortable bed, airconditioning, a hot shower, and a cafe not 5 minutes away. The accessible pool made it easy for my son to amuse himself while I rested near the pool, and a 24/7 convenience store made it such a restful area.
