The best part of this unit is the quick and easy access to the Ayala Mall. The building facilities are top notch and staff members are friendly, courteous and very helpful. The unit definitely is a higher end build based on the very spacious bathroom and big island in the kitchen. The host was extremely responsive and took only a few minutes to respond to all my texts. This place is highly recommended.

Had great time staying at Belles place. Flat was sparkling clean with all essentials in order. Definitely recommend the place if you are planning a trip to Cebu ❤️❤️❤️

Absolutely loved my stay! The place was very clean, thoughtfully designed, and felt just like home. It was spacious for one person and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. You can really tell a lot of care went into setting up the space. I’ll definitely be coming back!

We had an amazing experience at MAnny's Place! The space was clean, cozy, and just as described. We cooked a lot of our meals in the kitchen, which was well-equipped with everything we needed — made it feel just like home. The layout was comfortable and inviting, perfect for relaxing after a day out. The bed was super comfortable and all amenities were thoughtfully provided. The location was also ideal, close to great restaurants, Tao'ist Temple and public transportations. In our case we brought our Ford Ranger pickup, and it fit perfectly in the garage — a big plus for us, especially since parking can be tricky in some places. The neighborhood felt safe and quiet, yet it was still close to great spots for dining and exploring. Our contact perosn Kuya Buddywas incredibly helpful and quick to respond to any questions. Definitely a bang for the buck. Sir John's home was very cozy— indeed, a home away from home! Even though an unexpected issue arose, he handled it very quickly and professionally. He was also very responsive and very accommodating. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and we appreciated the gifts ❤️ We 1000/10 recommend Sir John's home to those who want to visit Cebu!

My workmates really enjoyed their stay in your place. Accessible to public transportation and walking distance to IT Park and Ayala Mall. All in all, it was a great place stay.

This place looks gorgeous and inviting definitely a vibe. The room was clean and had all the kitchen appliances you may need to cook; just be mindful of the refrigerator space. This place was well maintained and felt like you’re living in a luxurious room. It’s about 10-15 min walk from IT Park.

This is an amazing place to stay. The security is well-managed. I made a last-minute reservation, but the host, Nin, responded quickly. I truly appreciate it. The room was very clean. The only thing that concerned me was the smell from the drain. It might be an issue for those staying long-term. However, you can use the aroma humidifier in the room, and the smell won’t be a problem. Other than that, everything was perfect!

Worth recommended! What I love about Miss Nanette place is the view outside the window. It is so relaxing everytime I see the trees all color green. Also their CR is huge and very clean. Miss Nanette is so friendly and helpful, she make sure that everything that I requested is there and she made it sure that I will be comfortable. She is pro active as well. The community are so friendly especially the guards and the utility staff.
