You will be close to the beaches of the peninsula, in the heart of seaside and tourist activities: wake park, water recreation center, fishing and pleasure port, ornithological nature reserves. Shops, restaurants and markets within walking distance. The 4 bedrooms of the house will accommodate up to 10 people while enjoying the views of the lake and the Lay!

Accommodation refurbished in June 2024! In a small fishing village, pretty single-story vacation home. Perfectly equipped accommodation. Bed linen and towels are provided. Accommodation not overlooked, close to downtown. Presence of a micro-nursery nearby (may be a little noisy late in the morning), closed from August 10 to 24, 2024. Nearby: wake park, skate park, fishing, tennis, sailing, horseback riding, sea sailing, all shops, 2 weekly markets.

Le linge de toilette et les draps ne sont pas fournis; seules les couettes et oreillers sont mis à disposition. Le ménage doit être fait avant le départ.

On a 200 m2 enclosed plot, you have a 95 m2 house refurbished to modern standards. You can enjoy a house with a large living room and 3 bedrooms, one on the ground floor. For weekend rentals, possibility to pick up the keys in a key box to arrive before 6 p.m. if the curfew is still in effect.

Elle se compose de 2 chambres climatisées à l’étage et d’une chambre au RDC, d’une salle d’eau , d’une salle de bain ,d'un salon (40m2) et d’une grande cuisine (30m2) climatisés donnant sur un espace extérieur intimiste.
