Experience Downtown Winter Garden, One Block from It All

This 1920's home has been fully updated to include new kitchen, bath, fixtures, appliances, and more. The home has 2 bedrooms with one having a king bed and the other a queen bed. Beds feature super comfy Tuft & Needle mattresses ! Kitchen covers all of your basic cooking needs, has stainless appliances, refrigerator with ice maker, and Keurig coffee maker. The dining table comfortably seats 4 and is perfect for a meal or to use as a work space. New full size washer and dryer in carport laundry room. Grab a bottle of wine from Tony's less than 1 block away and relax in the screened-in front porch. Depending on the season grab a Valencia orange off the citrus tree in the back yard. You can use the entire home! There are 2 spacious bedrooms, 1 bath, dining room, kitchen, and a full washer and dryer in the laundry room (located in the carport). Owners live less than a mile away and are available as needed. We can meet you if you need anything! Just a few short steps from the famous Farmer's Market, Crooked Can Brewing, the Plant Street Market, the West Orange Bike Trail, Garden Theater, countless restaurants, and all that Downtown Winter Garden has to offer. This historic home is the perfect escape from the bustle of the tourist district, less than 30 minutes to Disney World, 25 minutes to Universal Studios, 30 minutes to Sea World. You can easily walk the 1 block to Plant St where most of the amenities of Downtown Winter Garden are located. You'll be just 25 minutes from Universal Studios and I-Drive via the Turnpike and 25 minutes from Disney via hwy 429. Also if you are into biking you can rent them at Wheel Works or the West Orange trail head and hit the famous West Orange Trail. There is a 2 car covered carport on site. Across the street from an elementary school so during the school year, there is some traffic in the morning and afternoon. Please be mindful and a good neighbor!

We were in town for a wedding and enjoyed a wonderful stay! The home was just as described. It was easy to find everything and the kitchen was especially well appointed and organized. The home was very clean and we had everything we needed, and we enjoyed the perfectly heated pool. Robert was very responsive and easy to communicate with about anything. We would definitely love to stay again!

My family vacation at Ever After was wonderful and all 15 of us had a great time. We celebrated the birthdays of 3 of my 7 grandchildren. Each loved getting a chance to decide what we would do on their special day. Of all the activities that were offered, we enjoyed many, but ended up mostly lounging around and in the pool and spa. We all had fun on the pool slide but the kids were obsessed with it, riding it over and over again all day long. The themed bedrooms were impressive and the details that went into decorating them were amazing! Just to clarify for anyone thinking of booking a stay, the main house with the pool is a few minutes walk from the guest houses and the bedrooms are split between the 2 guest houses. We all really enjoyed watching movies in the theater room but would have liked to watch a few on the outdoor screen. The mosquitoes were bad even with the sprays and candles we used to keep them away so we didn't do much outside at night. Thanks, Andrew, for everything.

The home has lots of charm including a wonderful screened in front porch that we used to hang out during a thunderstorm. It is so close to downtown Winter Garden where there are lots of restaurants and shops. Don't miss the large Saturday farmer's market. We enjoyed the extra touches in the home and the host was responsive to all messages. The home was very clean and didn't feel small.

My stay at Wesley’s Airbnb was nothing short of amazing. The location was peaceful and serene and exactly what I needed to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Being tucked away from city noise made the whole experience incredibly refreshing and rejuvenating. The house itself felt like a home away from home. It was cozy, comfortable, and filled with thoughtful touches. From the inviting backyard and spacious patio to the fantastic hot tub (which quickly became the favorite hangout spot for our group), every part of the property was designed for relaxation and enjoyment. What truly set this stay apart was Wesley. He was a phenomenal host. Wes always attentive and responsive. We did experience a brief power outage, but Wes was on it immediately and had the issue resolved as best as he could, given the circumstances. His dedication and care really made us feel at ease. I can’t recommend this place enough. Wesley and his beautiful home made for an unforgettable trip. I’d give
