We are very satisfied with our staying 💯 I highly recommend this place very easy to check in and to close to the Disney parks. The house is very clean and the best part is the private hot spa and swimming pool.

The interior decor is amazing. We had a girls trip and the space was perfect. Debra was incredibly detailed and responsive with any questions. One thing to note, we used ride-shares (Uber/Lyft), some of the drivers got confused regarding the gates, despite giving them detailed instructions so I recommend budgeting extra time if you are using those and have a reservation that you need to get to. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

The pool is the highlight of this house and the surrounding patio area! Every minute I could - I spent on the patio or in the pool! It’s also large and just over 6 ft in the deep end. The master was spacious with a large en-suite bathroom. Kitchen was clean and well stocked with open concept to living room and dining room. Game room was fun also and stocked with games to play. Quiet neighborhood ❤️ Close to all attractions without the craziness.

Booked this place for me and my 2 work buddies for a 3 night work session and it was amazing. They were very responsive to all my questions. When i come back with the family i will definitely rebook this place if available!! Clean, quiet, safe, peaceful, and makes u feel right at home!!

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The home was spotless, very neat, and incredibly comfortable. It’s in a perfect location—just a short drive to Orlando and all the main attractions. Holland was extremely responsive and provided clear, easy-to-follow information about the home, which made everything smooth from check-in to check-out. The furniture was cozy, and the whole space had a warm, homey feel. It’s an especially great choice for families—my kids absolutely loved the Harry Potter-themed room! The home decor was a perfect mix of modern glam and Disney magic! This home is a MUST when planning to visit Disney World! With it only being a couple exits away, we loved having the Disney feel and the privacy of the entire home to ourselves! Nida was super attentive and available throughout our entire stay. Our group ranged in ages from 2-40+ and everyone had a great time staying here! The private pool and spa were perfect for our days off from the parks! The home offered so much entertainment whether indoor or outdoor and had everything our large group needed! What a wonderful home and host, truly!

Melissa made every effort to ensure that we were comfortable and had a great time on our vacation. The property was great, a lot to enjoy at the home when taking a rest from Disney and Universal. Overall, I have zero complaints about the Melissas home and would highly recommend it to anyone with a medium to large party.

Angela was great to work with and was quick with responses to any questions or concerns we had. Very spacious house for our family vacation. Loved the pool area and theater room.

Stayed at Dan’s home for about 8 days with my family to celebrate my wedding weekend. The home was so beautiful, pool was fun and the kitchen was stocked up with seasonings, tons of pots and pans for us to cook at home and the movie theater/game room was a great bonus, the kids had a great time! Everything was exactly like the pictures although I did think the pool was a bit smaller than I expected in the photos but it was still super fun and comfortably fit 7 people. I would definitely stay at Dan’s home again!

We had a fantastic stay, Reunion resort is an excellent location close to all the parks and very safe and spotlessly clean, the house was easy to find and straightforward to access. Michael had provided clear instructions prior to our arrival, the house was spotlessly clean and had all the amenities we needed for a fantastic stay. The balcony from the main bedroom was great to sit and enjoy a sunrise with an excellent coffee and our teenagers loved having their own house and games area in the pool house, which had a pool table, pin ball, space invaders and a karaoke machine, If we travel to Orlando again we will certainly re book the house and would whole heartedly recommend it as a great place to stay in Orlando.

Ryan was a great host. His instructions were very helpful. The house was warm and inviting. The kids had a great time in the game room, pool and even the Star Wars bedroom. We would definitely return.

This was one of my top stays of all time because the house was well appointed. Each of the 3 decorated children's rooms offered something different for my twin daughters. They of course only slept in the princess room but spent most of their time in the Mulana room. The VR machine is crazy! Flipped me 180 degrees as I road a dragon and my kids watched the tv screen from behind the safety barrier. You won't find that amenity anywhere else. Location is out of the way and quiet. The two video game rooms were a nice touch too. And to check out, Dun sent us a message saying essentially "Just leave, it's a vacation. We'll handle linens and towels and trash, etc." Literally could not be easier.

Me and my group had a amazing time!!! Host is quick with responses and is always available if anything is needed. Such a great location and quiet neighborhood.. 10/10 and will strongly recommend ❤️

As mentioned by the other guests, the SpiderVerse room was pretty cool. The house is a great choice for families; not only is it close to Disney but also grocery stores. The hosts were very responsive, which we greatly appreciated. They definitely went above and beyond. Thanks again for the great stay!

Our 2nd time staying at this lovely property. A real home from home and then some (the new 100inch TV is off the scale!!). The house is located in a quiet, safe, upmarket area and is not overlooked by neighbours. In fact the only ‘neighbour’ we saw was a friendly Armadillo making its way to and from the trees at the back ❤️. The location is so close to the 192 for easy access to Disney (15 to 20 mins) and restaurants and shops are just moments away. Maura is so responsive to any questions or needs - she really is amazing. We hope to return for a third visit soon. Cannot recommend highly enough. Thanks Maura for everything (again) 😘😘😘

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Balmoral Manor. The communication was excellent, and both the check-in and check-out processes were seamless. The property featured beautiful theme decorations and was very well-stocked, providing a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. We had a memorable and joyful stay!

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was perfect for our family, the pool was warm and the park and basketball/tennis court was within walking distance. Perfect place. It was clean and exactly as pictured. Debbie was an amazing host and very responsive! Highly recommend.

Our family of 8 thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was super nice and clean. Great location. We were withing 15 miles of everything we wanted to do. Lots of GREAT Restaraunts nearby. Walmart and Aldi were less than a mile away!! Lots of great memories made!!! We will definitely book again when we come to the area.
