Family-friendly holiday rentals in Lake Bellaire

My family and I enjoyed our stay in this lovely condo on the Boyne Mountain Resort campus! It's in the Creekside section of the resort, so it's a ~20min walk from the "village" within the resort (where the lodge is and most of the restaurants are) or a super quick 5-min drive. As an Airbnb guest, there is a $20+ daily fee if you want to access the gym and pools. The condo itself is very nice and exactly as pictured. It's a 1st floor unit with lovely views of the valley out the window. The indoor/outdoor fireplace and hot tub are amazing perks of this space! Being on the 1st floor, you are subject to the noise of whomever is above you, and we did hear a bit of stomping around, but nothing that really bothered us. The guest bedroom (with 2 beds) is quite dark and the only window is a window well (i.e. you can't see outside), which was not ideal, but overall this is a lovely spot and we would come back to stay again. The hosts were very responsive!

Ive rented alot of air bnbs over the years. So far? This has been the best experience ive had. The house was amazing. Super clean. Comfortable beds. Super well stocked with amenities that most places dont provide. Jennifer is super easy to communicate with and get ahold of. We will be back next year:)

Absolutely loved the location of this rental! It was like a 3 minute walk over to the yellow chair. So, so easy! The condo is also fully stocked with anything you might need for cooking breakfast, lunch and dinner. It is decorated super cute, was clean and very accommodating. We would stay here again for another ski trip.

Really enjoyed our stay there, very pleasant and peaceful. Lots of room, accommodating. Host is top notch, responsive, friendly and very flexible. They accepted all of our requests. Thanks so much for everything!! 👍👍

This was the perfect place for our weekend getaway. The house is in a quiet area with easy parking and views and an easy walk to the bay. Check-in was simple, with Kate providing great instructions for the keypad to let ourselves in. The house was cozy with all amenities as described, and we felt right at home. All the Traverse City attractions were easy to get to, and Kate provided great recommendations. We had an awesome time and would definitely stay here again.

Rustic charm Beautiful scenery…. Can’t say enough about that.. Host were so quick to respond to any questions we had! (Very important) Great fishing spots! Neighbor lake has much bigger fish!! Beds super clean and fresh smelling and comfortable! TVs have lots of channels Pool table was added fun! Everything you needed for a family of 10 to enjoy some tranquility and family fun! Just beautiful! All around:) Go to Landing Zone for bowling! Veteran owned! And we went to Mancino’s (it looked vacant but new owners) great pizza and yummy grinders (homemade bread) that offers gluten free pizza and also has garlic knots!! Only 2 regrets, we didn’t book 2 wks & we really did not prepare for Michigan weather. Haha Bring sweatshirts and pants cuz mornings cold and afternoons warm and evenings cold. Can’t wait to go back!

We had a wonderful time in Traverse City and would totally stay again! The place is wonderful, homey, and comfortable. The roof deck is awesome, with a lovely view of the bay. Bob was always available if need be and they left a darling cherry themed gift basket upon our arrival. We’d definitely stay again. Great location with proximity to other lakeside towns for day trips and the crystal clear bay right across the street.

Wow! if I could turn my car around and go right back to Miriah's place, I would do it in a heartbeat! We took our 3 kids for a quick Fall Break trip to Elk Rapids and we all fell in love with Miriah's place and this amazing little town. The house is a perfect layout for families, with lots of common spaces to hang out together AND enough sitting nooks for people to find quiet places to read and relax too. The kitchen has got to be the most well stocked Airbnb kitchen I've ever been to. Next time, I'll plan to cook more because now I know Miriah's house literally has EVERYTHING you might need to cook and serve a big group. The house was spotlessly clean, the furniture was super comfy and we slept super well. We loved walking to the beach, playing at the playground, watching people catch fish by the dam, walking to the shops in town, and enjoying the incredible views. This place exceeded our expectations in every way. Thanks for a great stay!

Perfect location and exactly what we needed. Very quiet. Grounds were beautiful. My only question going in was if the brew pub in the same building would be a distraction but definitely was not. Actually the opposite. We had multiple nice visits there, friendly staff and closes early too. The immediate surrounding area was very quiet and peaceful after 9 PM Saturday night The ability to temporarily pull up to the ground level front door to unload vehicle was handy. So many food and drink options within a few minute walk and great hiking trails right behind building up into hills west of TC were also great. Would stay again for sure. The history of the facility is very interesting and would recommend taking one of the tours available.

Cannot beat the location if you plan to walk to TC's many public parks, shops, and restaurants. Multiple comfortable beds. Everything that you needed was provided. Kitchen and bathroom were very clean.

We loved Dave's place! The house was very comfortable and access to the lake was excellent. My family loved being able to fish and play in the lake when we weren't out sight seeing in Traverse City. We had the resort all to ourselves the week we were there, so it was our own private oasis!

North of Ordinary and our host, Jo, were fabulous! My daughter and I stayed three nights for the Bayshore Marathon. The location was perfect and Jo could not have been more kind, friendly, and helpful. Not only did she make wonderful recommendations for restaurants and wineries, but also ran to the store and got me a toothbrush when I had forgotten mine. Wow! That is above and beyond. It was such a peaceful place to stay. The plush green landscape you saw out the many windows, was so peaceful. We also enjoyed the private patio with party lights. But one of the most amazing things, especially after completing a marathon, was the cozy and comfortable bed. The mattress, pillows, and linens were amazing! We had such a comfortable and peaceful stay. Thank you for sharing your home with us Jo. We will definitely be back! :)

Craig’s cabin was absolutely beautiful and if you want to get away from all the craziness and take a moment of true peacefulness this is the place.

What a fabulous place! Tom's house was just as described, neat, well appointed, and with lots of outdoor toys. Rent the pontoon if you can--that was the biggest treat! Everything was there that we needed, including extra toiletries which turned out to be perfect given we forgot some! Easy to spend a week here, with quick access into TC, a big screen to watch tv at night, and the great outdoors to spend the days in hiking with the dogs. We highly recommend Tom's place. He was so easy to work with and we really enjoyed our stay :-)

We lo ved our stay at the cottage. Spider Lake is lovely and very relaxing. Nikki was very communicative leading up to and during our stay. We would absolutely want to book it again .

We stayed with another couple at this condo for a golf trip and loved everything about it! Convenient location and the views are unrivaled! The condo was very clean and the beds and pillows were very comfortable! The hosts were extremely responsive and accommodating! It was a lovely stay and we would definitely recommend it!

Mathew’s place was wonderful and it was so close to the lifts… we loved his cozy slope side chalet! We will definitely book again in the future!

This location was perfect for our winter get away. Check in was easy, the house was clean and ready for us to enjoy time with our family. We were a group of 8 people, four adults and four children. there was space for all of us to spread out and enjoy time inside as well as outdoors. Beds were extremely comfortable! The cabin was located close to many activities such as shopping in Gaylord and snowtubing at Boyne Mountain. Andreia was helpful in providing suggestions for things to do. our group enjoyed using the club house pool as well. overall our stay was perfect. I would absolutely book this same cabin again for another family vacation.

Connie's place is a lovely space for 1-2 people. Plenty of room to get around the condo and everything was up to date. The decor was very lovely providing a sense of peace and calm. I enjoyed the nature surroundings as well. Thank you Connie.

We had three generations staying and the size of the place and ability to spread out made it very comfortable for all to have their own spaces, especially the kids. The kitchen/dining allows for prepping/cooking/eating with space to spare. The view on the course is lovely and the deck and fire pit are a great way to take it in. We took advantage of the indoor & outdoor pool as well as the private beach on Lake Bellaire. Golfed the Summit, hit at the range and played kickball golf! I recommend Torch Lake Pontoon for a day trip on that beautiful lake. So much available in the resort and surrounding area to do - a great place for a family vacation.

We had a wonderful stay and it was perfect for our group outing. Everyone was comfortable and the space had everything we needed. We liked that both kitchens were well stocked with cooking and kitchen ware as well as storage space for all our needs. Almost every room having their own bathroom was very nice, and the building layout and bedroom number allowed our group have plenty of their own space. The common areas were cozy and big enough for all of us to congregate and share meals together. It was truly a great perk to have the shuttle service and resort spa available to us. The location is convenient to downtown Boyne and Gaylord for quick trips and the house itself was in a picturesque and peaceful area. We would absolutely love coming again and would plan to stay longer so we could take advantage of more activities next time.

Second time staying at Roberts place. It was perfect the first time and perfect the second time. Well laid out condo, with many thoughtful amenities. Parking is great too.....right next to the door. We will be back for sure!

I’m not sure I’m the correct rater for this review. Todd was a peach, there are some things left to be desired if you’re vacationing, though I’m sure those wouldn’t matter then. I 3 month’d it here and it was nice. I had a few issues, he was easily accessible. No cleaning fee is nice. The large paragraph welcome text was necessary and appreciated. I think it’s a great place for a weekend or short trip; extended stay wise also good if you can adapt. (Travel nurses) Don’t know the daily rate but off season monthly rate is definitely worth it. You can bring your own appliances, there is a reasonable amount of storage. Came prestocked. Again I’m not the best reviewer of a vacation property. 10/10 points for the pride welcome mat.
