Apartment holiday rentals in Lake City

Ludivine’s place was exactly what I needed for my stay during my graduation weekend. Her place is really cute and has two bedrooms and two bathrooms which came in handy when traveling with two other guests! The apartment was only 10 mins away from the University of Florida and was in a great location. Lots of food and shopping in a close proximity. The unit itself was very cute, clean, and even had games to play! There is a full kitchen and coffee maker, with coffee. Also a washer and dryer if you need to do laundry! Ludivine was very responsive and even let us know the apartment was ready for early check in. Would absolutely recommend if anyone needs a place to stay in Gainesville!

Perfect location, fun restaurants and bars literally around the corner. Loved the space, like being in a treehouse. Lovely stay.

5 Stars I can’t say enough good things about my stay! Luke was incredibly helpful and responsive, especially on such short notice. He went above and beyond to accommodate my last-minute booking, and the entire process was smooth and stress-free. The apartment itself was absolutely amazing peaceful, beautifully maintained, and the perfect place to relax and recharge. I truly appreciated how easy it was to work with Luke, and I’m already looking forward to my next visit. Highly recommend!

Love this place. It was cozy clean and comfortable. Love that it had a lounge area in the first floor with easy access to the swimming pool. Everything there was clean and peaceful as well. Family friendly was a plus! Definitely will go again and recommend!

We brought our Frenchies. The cows were so close. The dogs loved the cows. I love cows too. Bob is a nice guy and quick to get you anything you need. Bob has two cats and they are both friendly. My husband snored loud, due to allergies in the area. I felt kinda bad, because I worried that he was too loud, but Bob never said a word. We were able to drive out to Gainesville every day and do things, not a long drive. We thought the yard was fenced in, but it isn't completely, so the dogs had to stay on leashes while outside. That wasn't a big deal though. Over all, we had a great vacation.

All I have to say is thank to this incredible host. I don’t really leave reviews but it was a must.They were extremely kind and and there for me in the time of need. The way they rallied to my aid on a personal matter made you feel welcomed, special and appreciated.The place to stay was very quaint and cozy. Very peaceful and immaculate. The location and neighborhood is extremely welcoming and Prestine. Great for quite and tranquil walks. I would. highly recommend this Airbnb and will be back again when I have to come up for work! The Avondale area of Jacksonville is charming, safe, and quiet. Unit an upstairs was a perfect studio bedroom with full kitchen accommodations that worked well for our needs for over a month. We could not ask for anything more, our host was fantastic. Fantastic and we found it very comfortable to stay there in the neighborhood. I can’t say enough great things about our host. Thank you so much!

Second time staying in the studio, it’s perfectly appointed for the space. Super clean, cute, and modern. Murray Hill is one of my favorite Jacksonville neighborhoods. Friendly neighbors and dog friendly with a great park right down the street. Definitely recommend!

We thought that Marcos’s AirBnB was fantastic. It was a large beautiful, spacious apartment set in a wonderful village community in the countryside and only about 3 miles from the city. We had everything we needed in the apartment and also had access to the swimming pool and gymnasium. Outside in the village there were a few bars, cafe’s, restaurants and shops. Also the communication with Marcos was first class, receiving prompt and clear instructions about how to get into the property. We also thought that the apartment was excellent value for money and we would recommend anyone who needs to stay in Gainesville to check Marcos’s apartment out.

Theresa is an outstanding host. From reservation to checkout she was very responsive usually responds within 10 minutes of my messages. The place was exactly as described on the app. located in walkable, beautiful historic area of Jacksonville within walking distance to the St Johns River, parks, restaurants, and local shops. My stay here and my experience with the host was definitely 5star rating. They have more properties here in town so hopefully you're lucky enough to get Theresa as your host

Great location in Haille Village near restaurants. Apartment was very clean and well stocked. Larina was very responsive and accommodating!

We came to Gainesville for a Florida football game. Amy’s place was conveniently located near campus and a quiet, cozy retreat before and after the big game. The condo was well stocked and peaceful. Amy was very communicative and very thoughtful making sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. Great stay! Would stay again!

Beautiful place and very clean! Had all the essentials - kitchen items, cleaning supplies, toilet paper, towels, etc. Pleasant back deck overlooking a grassy area, great living room area, lots of closet space, nice washer/dryer, blackout shades in spacious bedrooms. Niki was quick to respond and very helpful. Would 100% stay here again.

Hannah was great to communicate with. The room was great to have while staying in Gainesville! The complex has a lot of nice space outside. The location was close to the Shands Hospital which was the reason for my stay.
