This centrally located apartment is close to top skiing and hiking in the Swiss Alps. Just minutes away from the Parsenn station. The large master bedroom has a double bed, dressers and work desk. The second bedroom has a bunk bed, another twin-sized bed, plus its own sink. Covered balcony with great views. Open floor kitchen and dining room. Modern appliances and fully equipped kitchen, including a fondue and raclette set. Linen, towels,TV, wi-fi, garbage bags (mandatory) are provided.

In a quiet part of town with a south facing balcony that gets sun from early to late, its the perfect base for alpine skiing, nordic skiing, hiking or congress guests. Flat comfortably sleeps 4 with a king size (180cm) bed in the main bedroom and 2 single beds in the upstairs area looking down on the living room.

Our studio is located in a very quiet and lonely area that guarantees a relaxing holiday. It only takes a few steps to reach the cross-country ski slopes or to go to the ski slopes (Parsenn Bahn). The location is great for beautiful walks in nature or for training. In a few minutes walk you can reach public transport in Davos Dorf, some well-stocked grocery stores, pastry shops and bakeries, the pharmacy and restaurants.

The cozy apartment on the first floor is in the center of Davos. Bus stop, indoor pool with wellness, congress center (WEF), shopping, ice rink and much more are within walking distance. The Jakobshorn and Parsenn ski resorts can be reached in 3 minutes by free bus. In the apartment there is a high-quality folding bed in the size 180 x 200 cm. The kitchen has a stovetop, oven, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle and much more.

Ebenfalls kann man direkt vor dem Haus die Langlaufskier anziehen und entweder Richtung Davos oder Richtung Laret eine Runde drehen. Viele verschiedene Wanderrouten kann man im Sommer, sowie auch im Winter von hier aus starten.
