It comes equipped with a Queen size bed, reading chair, dining and work tables, kitchenette w/ microwave, bathroom w/ shower, and free WiFi. The Studio sits on a park-like property that borders a preserved green space. Most amenities are just 2 mins away by car, 15 by foot, as well as access to Seattle and the region. Your hosts are full of local information and ready to share it.

Convenient easy commute to the University of Washington, Downtown, Bothell or Woodinville. This is the lower level of a house, there is parking for one car in the driveway.

This lil’ gem with a private indoor patio and a gorgeous view of the valley is located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, just north of Lake Washington. Visiting Seattle? Only a 20-minute drive to Seattle. 15-minute drive to world-class Woodinville wineries. A 5-minute drive to downtown Kenmore with many unique restaurants and breweries.

We use CDC guidelines as close as possible & leave 24+ hours between guests for your/our safety. Enjoy our secluded park like setting, comfy bed, sauna, homemade bread/jam, huge cedar trees, sitting areas, golf chipping (seasonal). Close to SEA via ferry ride from Bainbridge Is. (30 min. drive) or 10 min. to Kingston ferries (walk-on or car). Near beach, golf (White Horse GC) & miles of hiking/biking trails, close to shopping & restaurants. Good for couples/singles. You'll love my place because of the light, the space, the views and the peaceful, yet central location. Good for couples, solo adventurers & business travellers. No pets please.

Marvelous Guest Suite Shoreline with Parking

Enjoy Shoreline while staying in our private guest suite! You will enjoy the privacy of this suite. There is a private entrance and reserved parking is within steps of your door. We are the main residents with the suite on the ground floor of our townhouse. It is a 5-10 min walk to the 185th Light rail station. (Refer to other details to note for specifics). If you need recommendations for restaurants or other fun activities please do not hesitate to ask me.

The apartment is part of a 1923 Craftsman Style House situated in a magical garden setting with wooded trails leading to a forested stream and local hiking area.
