Apartment holiday rentals in Lake Havasu City

It was out of the way, but close to everything that we would need. The free laundry was nice. Everything was super clean. The pool and hot tub were really nice. We were able to use the grill with the borrowed tools. We had a beautiful honeymoon stay.

The unit is in a beautiful gated community in the perfect location. The balcony overlooks the golf course and the lake and is walking distance to the London Bridge area. The unit is clean and has everything you’d need. The beds and pillows are extremely comfortable!! I hadn’t slept that well in a while! The only critiques I have are having to turn on the water and water heater at arrival- the instructions aren’t the greatest, but we figured it out. Lastly, the pictures show a TV in the master bedroom, but there isn’t one in there. Overall, my family and I loved the unit, the gated community, the pool, and the location. We will definitely be reserving this unit for our next Havasu trip.

My family had a wonderful stay. The grandparents liked the first floor location and access through the patio from the parking lot. The kids loved the pool. My husband and I liked the overall vibe of the condo- clean, quiet, and great location. We all agreed we’d keep this place at the top of our list when we visited Lake Havasu again. It was a tough choice to decide if we should book a home with a private pool or the condo. I’m so glad we saved money and went with the condo. It exceeded our expectations!

We decided to come a day early on our trip. Jack was very accommodating about getting us into his place early. It was immaculate on the inside, very clean and well stocked. Everytime i would reach out to him he was quick to fet back to me. Directions for check in and check out were clear and easy. Overall, we had an amazing time and the accomodations were top notch! What an amazing and well kept place! Everything was nice and tidy upon arrival, very welcoming. Lots of great amenities such as soap, shampoo, LOVED the kitchen condiments, complimentary water, snacks, towel, too much to name! Everything we needed and more! WiFi worked great with provided password. Such a nice community as well! The boat and trailer parking is perfect for a weekend of fun. The co-host was fast to respond with any questions and was very nice. I would give this place 6 starts if I could. We definitely look forward to staying here again in the near future!

It was nice to have a spacious patio opening onto the grounds. We also enjoyed that you have a card table. The pool and hot tubs were well used.

This place was perfect i stayed here for 2 months and no problems at all with the place and Erika was a perfect host any questions i had she responded super fast and was very helpful for anything you need.

My finance and I have stayed all over Lake Havasu , we could confidently say this has to be one of our top 3 spots to stay . It’s less than 5 minute drive to gas station , grocery store , wall greens , 3 minute walk to the channel, and less than 10 minute walk to the London bridge. Also queens bay has a heated pool and hot tub that closes at 11 ! We definitely recommend to anyone planning a trip to Lake Havasu!

Very spacious flat (more so than the photos look). Huge smart tv, two large and very comfy beds. Nice pool area. Would recommend and stay again. Thank you!

We stayed in 228. It was super clean, had lots of kitchen items. The bed was great quality. Good shower. Liked the table and chairs outside overlooking the pool area. The front desk was very helpful including check in, laundry soap etc Please don't hesitate to stay here if you get a chance.
