If you're wondering about distances around Havasu, use Yattahhey Drive as your starting point. We do have parking available for a boat or trailer (see pictures). Great location at Lakeshore Village!Free boat parking.Our condo is in walking distance to the lake and park. Dont forget to take in a movie or dine out at restraunts. Aprox 5 minute walk from condo. Our condo is ground level with patio and easy access. Sleeps 4 guests. We have 1 king bed with a very nice pillow top. 1 new queen sofa bed and 1 twin blowup mattress with automatic inflator. New beautiful walk- in shower. 2 comfortable recliners.
