Plenty of space to cook, watch TV, work, or just rest. a nice grill and campfire space is provided. Pets are welcome.

WINTER, We have a circular driveway and a flat driveway. I do my own snow plowing. This is a lovely 640 square foot, mother in law apt on a 5 acres estate, It's very private, quiet and safe with a private entrance. The traffic is light and contact with people is non-existent. Four rooms with a Queen bedroom, A full size pull out sofa in the sitting room, a kitchenette with laundry facilities and a full bath with shower. We are 20 min from downtown Mpls. Off street parking.

The room was clean, and quiet 99% of the time... the dogs can get rambunctious when guests/friends arrive but after a minute or so they settle down. Tracy and Mike do provide everything you need for a comfortable stay and are very thoughtful when it comes to amenities. Their film collection is MASSIVE - something for everyone! I didn't see anyone on the lower (theater/room) level for the 4 days I was there so privacy was a plus. Thanks for a great stay!

Always grateful for beautiful, well kept up area. Letting me know whether it’s a plumbing guy who might be stopping by or another dog here briefly. Updates even on Walter, when I’ve expressed concern I hadn’t heard him bark when a stranger at the door (Walter is a good alarm system) No issues with bathroom or room. Extremely comfortable for long or short terms stays.

Zhauna’s place was wonderful. Very clean, spacious and quiet. She was very responsive to any messages and had great amenities and complimentary snacks and coffee. I would definitely stay here again if I’m in the Minneapolis area!
