Holiday rentals with a sauna in Lake Joseph

Huong’s place was perfect for our girls weekend. It was a 2 minute drive from Vetta Spa. The place was easy to find, had easy check in and Huong was very responsive when we had questions. Foodland is a 5-10 minute drive away if you forget or need anything. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed and the place was very clean. We would definitely stay here again.

Candace is an excellent host. She’s friendly and very responsive in communication. The condo is clean and inviting. Great location to the Vetta Spa and the condo complex offers a clean pool, bbq, playground and horseshoe pits. Highly recommend.

Hands down the best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in After almost three years of Airbnbs around the world, this one in Canada tops them all. We stayed in both the Lookout (the little house) and the Pine Lodge (above the store)—and didn’t want to leave. The Lookout felt like a cozy sanctuary: garden, sauna, spotless, fully equipped. The Pine Lodge had a steam room (huge bonus!), comfy couches, a big dining table, and a fire always going. But what made it truly special were Krystal and Madison—the kindest, most caring hosts we’ve ever had. It felt like arriving at friends’, not strangers’. During a freak ice storm, they moved us to a backup-powered house and even brought us food. Just wow. Local tips: • Cawaja Store: best coffee, insane ice cream, and local broths, pies, soups. • Mums Restaurant: old-school diner, fresh, cooked-to-order food. • The Friendly Corner: lovely for sunny outdoor meals.

We had a really nice and peaceful stay at Lynn’s. She kindly let us used some snowshoes which was a must to explore the snowy nearby trails. The sauna and jaccuzi were really appreciated to warm up after a day in the cold! Would like to come back in the summer or fall as it must be stunning as well!

We chose this listing for a post-holiday skiing refuge and it was perfect! We were able to ski, then swim, walk our dog in the beautiful area and relax each evening together by the fireplace and play board games. We loved the accommodations and the surrounding area and the hosts could not have been more accommodating and gracious!

Sean is very Friendly and Professional. He responds to messages quickly. He is an amazing host where he is checking in on us ensuring if we needed anything he is only a phone call away. We have been going to the Resort for years. Easy to get too, very peaceful and the Units are so simple but nice. Not many places take pets but Sean's does which helped us alot. The beds are super comfortable, probably the best sleep I have had in a long time. Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed for our Stay. The Kids loved the gym to work out and then we spend quite a few hours at the pool. The fire pit was nice to sit at especially with the chilly weekend we just had. We will be back for sure to be Sean's Guest.

This Air B&B is great for a get away it's exactly as posted would definitely stay again.

To be honest, this place if perfect. Calm and by the beach. Just 5 minutes away from everything: grocery, beach 1 and many other. Dimitrios is a really great host, nothing wrong to say.

We had a little girls spa weekend. This location fit beautiful as Vetta was a 5 min walk!! The Airbnb had their own little spa, with a sauna, hot tub, pool (inside and outside) and a gym…beautiful amenities! The Airbnb itself was spotless, perfect to dine in (everything you need in a little kitchenette) the little thoughtful snacks were a pleasant surprise! The thoughtful basket in the bathroom “in case you forgot” so helpful and cute! We were 3 girls and it was a perfect amount of space. We would definitely stay here again! And next would go skiing as the ski hill is right there (5-7 minute walk) !! Great location, amazing hosts, great restaurant called the ktchn (very worth it, make a reservation) the best meal I have had in a while! Amazing views!

Loved our stay here!! Can't say enough positive things about our vacation here. Kitchen was fully stocked, clean bathroom and rooms, easy check in and check out and excellent cooling system as it was a hot few days. Amenities were great and welcoming for families, environment was peaceful and we also loved how the balcony backed onto trees and nature. Would 100% stay here again in the future. Thank you!

Booked a spa day at Vetta for my birthday and needed a place somewhere close to stay and Tracy’s & Tiffany’s airbnb was ideal! It was so close to the spa, the complex/neighbourhood was so peaceful. The gym was less than a 2 minute walk away, everything was great! Tiffany and Tracey were so easy to communicate with and the airbnb itself had everything I needed! It didnt have a stove but we just simply brought home cooked meals there and warmed it up :) i had the most relaxing weekend and would definitely recommend coming back!

My boyfriend and I had a lovely stay. It was a beautiful, peaceful and quiet location. Lyndsay was very helpful with check-in and very accommodating when we had questions about the recreation centre. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and gym - the perfect addition to a calm and relaxing stay. Definitely would return! Perfect spot for a quiet peaceful getaway.

Cozy Shores is a beautiful spot and a lovely well appointed home. Directly on the water and easy to get to with restaurants and shopping within minutes . Everything was exactly as described - no disappointments . Hot tub and sauna were clean and in good working order . Dorothy was a a generous and responsive host and we immediately felt at home. We truly appreciated her offer of late checkout ! There is lots of privacy inside and out , and pet friendly is a bonus. We highly recommend and we'll be back at our first opportunity . We had a wonderful time celebrating our friend’s bachelorette. We’ll definitely have to come back one day when it’s a little warmer!

We rented Amanda's place for 2 nights in the winter and it surpassed our expectations! Amanda was a great communicator. The older cottage has been extensively renovated, it was clean, comfortable and cozy. We loved the wood stove and the heating system worked well. The kitchen is first-rate, and very well-equipped, it even had decent knives! We cook a lot and we very much enjoyed making meals there. We loved watching the ever-changing weather on the river from the picture window in the living room, and even saw a beautiful sunrise. The star of our stay was the sauna—we have a wood-burning sauna at home and at our cottage—and we were very impressed with its size, the modern design, the huge picture window and the style of stove. It got up to temperature even in -17 degree weather. We hiked and snowshoed in the Alexander Hope Smith Nature Reserve which was a walk from the cottage. The town of Washago was a 11 minute drive, with a great grocery store. Would definitely stay there again!

Great stay at Blue Mountain. The kiddos really enjoyed the game room and the pool table. it was also super convenient to be able to schedule free shuttle to pick up and drop off to and from the village. Even if couldn't catch the shuttle it's only 20 min walk.

This place was a great size for our group of 10 and had a very spacious and comfortable main room where we could all gather to eat, play games and relax. The sauna is a nice feature as well. The kitchen was very well equipped. Kersti and her co-hosts were very responsive, accomodating and helpful.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful cottage in Bala! The place was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The view was absolutely stunning – peaceful and picturesque, especially at sunrise and sunset. Carol was a fantastic host – responsive, kind, and made us feel so welcome. We would definitely come back and highly recommend this cottage to anyone looking for a serene escape in Muskoka!
