We were able to create an uplifting environment to support her as she battled courageously. Unable to leave the home much, we decided to bring life's beauty to her within the home and around the property. Sarah was the ultimate host who loved to bring people together. Truly an exceptional stay. Top tier hosts that have gone above and beyond to make the stay feel like home. Incredibly clean, no bugs. A really nice little house. Property is beautifully maintained. So relaxing. Wildlife everywhere. We loved all the turtles. The only negative would be the goose poop all over the yard, but that’s just wild life being wild (I would just pack footwear accordingly) Overall, we are super happy with our stay and hope to be back! Thanks for everything!

Jillian and Tim's place was beautiful and right on Houghton Lake. It was clean and the sunrise was gorgeous. We were barely here because we had a baseball tournament in West Branch, but it was a very cozy spot to sleep and seemed like a great place to spend a weekend on the lake!

True North at Higgins Lake is a great find. It is immaculately clean with special touches like local art and a well stocked bathroom and kitchen. Beds and linens are nice like what you’d expect in a higher-end hotel. Just a short walk to the lovely Higgins Lake and a fire pit to enjoy s’mores. Natalie provides exceptional, unfussy instructions. We felt very comfortable there.

A quiet, peaceful weekend after the Memorial Day rush. I was able to go Mountain biking, kayaking, and enjoy the area with my dog. Also, it was just a nice place to stay inside and relax. Close to a lot of things, but far enough away to feel secluded.
