Monthly Rentals in Lake Louisa

This stay surpassed our expectations. It was very, very clean and welcoming. Although we didn't cook, the kitchen was well stocked and there weren't chipped dishes or glassware. There was a nice selection of coffees for the Keurig and two bottles of water in the fridge that we weren't expecting. I can't say enough about the decorations. We thoroughly enjoyed Martha's own photos displayed throughout the apartment - only wish there was a book of captions to enjoy! Highly recommend. We came in for a wedding at Wolf Trap farms and it was an easy drive 3.8 miles away. We had easy parking right Out Front. There was a little coffee/pastry shop across the street that also had cafe sandwiches that we thoroughly enjoyed. Excellent air conditioning! We would come back in a heart beat :-)

We stayed here with our Grandson and met up with friends at Christopher Run. This house was the perfect location for us. The house was clean and was everything we needed. The kitchen is well stocked with just about anything you would need. The AC worked great after spending our hot days on Lake Anna and it was especially nice to have a washer and dryer. Cathi was very pleasant and fast responding to any questions. We certainly made some core memories with our Grandson and look forward to visiting again. Becky

Stayed for a wedding at Avonlea Farms. Just a 15 minute drive to Mineral. Peaceful and relaxing site with delightful hosts. Would recommend, especially if you don't want the high rates of tourist hotels at Lake Anna.

What a wonderful experience. We (my husband, 2 dogs and I) arrived at Patti's place in the late afternoon after a day of dock diving to find a clean and well-cooled space! What a joy. Parking is well marked and makes unloading a breeze. The space is bigger than it looks in the photos . The furniture was super comfortable - especially the bed. The bathroom is generously sized. Everything was wonderful. The neighbors were quiet. The room darkening shades actually really darkened the rooms! The a/c worked great! The dogs loved the yard! We are looking forward to a return visit (or two or three...)
