It is a really beautiful house overseeing the beach near Nelson Bay. My family thoroughly enjoyed the stay for a few nights. Host was really nice, even messaged me that she found my misplaced ring. thank you very much! Best seaside experience we had!

Bernadette’s place is a great find! Beautiful view overlooking the pool and lake, and the complimentary coffee/tea/cookies were a nice touch. Bed was also super comfy! Would definitely stay here again

great space, immaculate. the owners go above and beyond to make the unit feel welcoming. extra credit for giving us the heads up that work was being conducted outside and scaffolding may block the view. the view even with some scaffolding was still amazing. it was sad we were only here for one night as the location and beach views are top notch. cheers again for the clear communication and pristine living space.

Beautiful stay, in a warming one bedroom apartment, kitchen had everything we could want Couch and bed were extremely comfortable and clean

I had a wonderful stay at Teressa's place! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach. Teressa was a great host, very responsive and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Two of us stayed for a week and one of us was ‘working from home.’ This is what we liked about Nick’s place: the location to the river/eating places/convenience stores; the view of the river through the balconies of the apartments, opposite (the river sparkled at night from the shore lights); the accessibility from garage to apartment; having a parking space; the full shower pressure; the washer and dryer; the comfortable bed and furniture; the ‘easy to operate’ heating/cooling system; no noise from adjacent apartments when inside. This is an ‘easy living’ apartment. The WiFi was problematic but after reaching out to Paula, it improved.

We absolutely loved our time at Sand Lakehouse! It is a beautiful place to unwind and watch the water; so much bird activity on and around the lake, it was just wonderful. The house itself is spacious and appointed thoughtfully, and there was nothing we lacked. The fire pit made for a fun night of toasting marshmallows and the local ducks provided much entertainment. The bliss of having a cup of tea on the jetty cannot be overstated! Stephen was a responsive and helpful host, and there's even an IGA within walking distance for anything you've forgotten. A great place to stay; we would highly recommend.

This was the most beautiful place to say - I can’t express how the even though the pictures looked amazing- they didn’t do it justice. We were blown away and that sunset on the water was breathtaking. Felt so homey and we didn’t want to leave. I will be back - just delightful and the host were so kind and accomodating. PLUS SUPER COMFY FURNITURE

We had an amazing stay at Chain Valley bay. The house was everything we needed. It was exceptionally clean and in an excellent location. Doreen was very easy to communicate with and provided plenty of information in the guest book for things to do. We loved our stay.

Our stay was amazing! This house is the perfect place to stay and Carly and Katie were amazing, very responsive and understanding. Everything was clean and tidy and the house had the most beautiful view. I’ll definitely be returning soon! I recommend everyone stays here.

Beautiful tranquil Cottage with amazing water views and cosy and comfortable accommodation . Loved that the Cottage was pet friendly and great for the kids, we all loved the getaway for the weekend. Responsive helpful Host provided lots f local information. Thanks DJ😊

We loved our stay. Patricia’s place is the perfect little lake house with a very quaint appeal and everything you could need for a relaxing and peaceful stay. We loved sitting on the deck watching the sunrise and enjoying the lake, will be back.

Fantastic waterfront getaway! Loved morning swims, cozy evenings by the fire pit under the stars, and the nostalgic tunes from the CD player. Perfect spot for water lovers!
