Kitschy Cottage between Belmont & Mt Holly

Our little 1 bedroom, 650 sq ft cottage is 15 minutes from the Charlotte Int'l Airport, 20-25 minutes to downtown Charlotte, a few minutes to downtown Belmont, Belmont Abbey, and Mt Holly. With painted oak walls, pine ceilings, a gas log fireplace in the living room, and hand-built cabinetry in the small kitchen, the home has a cozy cabin feel. We provide a self-inflating queen air mattress with bedding if you have 3 or 4 people coming. There's a doggie door to a fully fenced back yard.

Our cottage offers a country setting with all the comforts of home. Open floor plan, well equipped Kit. and full laundry room. Primary room with queen bed & private bath. Twin beds in the 2nd BR, 2nd full bath is off the hall. Relax on the porch or grill on the deck with firepit yard. WIFI access. This quaint area is calling you to grab a book, open the doors to the patio and relax into your own little reading nook. This house offers three bedrooms upstairs located above the walkout basement living area with a full bath upstairs.

The Lawson Home is close to Lake Norman, and is perfect summer or Fall getaway. Lake Norman has so much to offer! Boating, and jet ski rentals are near by , or just enjoy exploring the quaint town of Mooresville, which offers shopping, restaurants. lake Norman State Park for hiking and Biking. Daveste Vineyard, Raffaldini Vineyard, Lazy Five Ranch, and so much more! We do allow smaller dogs only. The suite is not suitable for large dogs. One time $100 pet fee.
