Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Lake Oroville

The place felt just like home! It was cozy and comfortable and in a nice quiet location. We enjoyed our stay and will def recommend this place to others. The bed was comfortable and all of the extras were great! Toiletries ands extra towels, ziploc bags, spices and a fully equipped kitchen made the stay even better! Thank you Robert!

The property was perfect for our two week stay! Our favorite part was definitely the pool. Lol.

We had a great stay at Chris’s place! It was clean, comfortable and centrally located to downtown Chico. There was a designated parking spot, but we also appreciated the abundant street parking. The location felt safe and we would stay there again when in Chico!

In the heart of Nevada City, several great restaurants within a block, stocked kitchen, filtered water in the fridge, clean fluffy linens, Yoga gear and meditation cushions for your personal practice. it was a sweet spot to stay.

Natasha was an absolutely amazing host. She was very responsive to any questions I had as well ass any help I needed. If I am ever in the area again I would absolutely hope to book with them again

We really enjoyed our stay at Jennifer and Eric's place. We felt right at home the minute we stepped through the door. The layout of the apartment made the bedrooms very private and quiet with a comfortable living room, kitchen, and dining room area. The huge deck provided a lot of outdoor space. Jennifer and Eric live on the property so we saw them periodically. They were friendly and respectful our space and time. The house is located right off of I-80, so it was quick and easy to get to Auburn and other destinations. We had a few questions during our 10 day stay and Jennifer was exceptionally quick in responding. We will definitely stay there again the next time we are in the area.

I absolutely love staying in Anthony & Ava’s home. It’s beautiful, clean, and I love the layout of their apartment, it’s a quiet neighborhood, all the neighbors are very friendly and always have good recommendations for whatever you would like to do.

Excellent stay for the entire family! It was very clean, smelled nice everywhere, and had warm, festive decor. The rooms are well put together and have a beautiful artwork. The hosts and service were great and kind. It’s also very conveniently located near a few nice restaurants and shops. Definitely a great spot to check in!

Great place to stay with lots of friends. The pool, hot tub, outdoor kitchen made it the perfect spot to spend a Summer evening. Lived the home and had lots of beds for everyone too.

Was looking for a peaceful getaway to recharge and spend time with our furry friend. Tod’s place is a literal treehouse, but with modern amenities, and did not disappoint. Tod was very helpful in making sure we understood how some of the systems of the house worked upon our arrival. This place makes a great base of operations for the numerous outdoor activities surrounding the area. Will definitely be back!

Had a wonderful stay at Leah’s place. The swimming pool is the best pool I’ve ever used. It is always so warm and relaxing. The grounds are extremely private and beautiful with so much incredible sights and sounds of nature. Unfortunately we had to leave abruptly due to unforeseen circumstances and Leah’s communication was extremely proactive and quick. We truly enjoyed her place and can’t wait to return.

We enjoyed our stay here because the home was clean and organized. It felt open and spacious. The sunroom was a nice little space for relaxing. Kitchen provided all the tools we needed without being cluttered. Loved being able to walk to a grocery store too!

Excellent location for what we needed, close to the new Meriam Park with restaurants, shopping, and breweries. Easy check in, communication was excellent and host was accommodating. Will look for this same place in the future!

In town with friends for a spiritual retreat. This was the perfect place to come home to in the evenings. Serene. Peaceful neighborhood. Well located. Great kitchen for cooking. Lovely seating areas, inside and outside. I'd love to return when I had more time to actually enjoy the house.

We come to Chico from So. Cal once a year to visit family. This is the second year in a row that we have stayed in this house. The fact that we chose this house again, pretty much says everything, I think, about how much we liked it and how well it worked for us. As a host, Kailin is top tier. A great host really does make a difference too. She is responsive, helpful and friendly without being one bit intrusive or overbearing. The house and area is very tranquil. You feel so comfortable, the minute that you arrive, that it feels like you have arrived home. We bring 2 kids, ages 8 & 5. They begged to come back to this same house again this year. It is an ideal house for kids. It has lots of toys and things for the kids, a nice safe backyard for them to enjoy the heck out of the several swings and more. If you are looking for a friendly, comfortable, peaceful place, this is it !

We had a great time during our stay. We felt right at home and loved the quick walk to many surrounding quality restaurants. I also enjoyed going on morning runs on the close by trails. My family was comfortable and enjoyed our stay. We would definitely look to stay here again.

As luck bf as you understand that the hospital is across the street, it’s great. Nice size, parking clean and everything you need. Would stay again!!

Easy in and out, relaxed stay, thank you. Great views of the golf course and mountains. among the tall pines. They do start the mowers at 7 a.m. on the fairway--but we loved the view and the quiet backyard with the deer wandering by.

For Marysville, and for the Bok Kai festival, this is a pretty good place to stay. Yes, it's a little janky of a neighborhood, there are people yelling at night on the street, a car alarm repeatedly goes off, and you hear sirens because you're situated next to a hospital. BUT the place itself had everything we needed, which wasn't much tbh, didn't feel haunted, tap water tasted okay, didn't hear neighbors, and I really appreciated the private parking spot. It's just a few blocks away from the temple, very walkable. Ear plugs and single pane windows didn't help me, a light sleeper, very much, but tbf Bok Kai weekend is a series of almost nonstop firework bombs so I can't complain too much.
