This home was absolutely gorgeous and the perfect size for our family of 5. They’ve thought of every detail to ensure the stay was comfortable. The location was great and the home is immaculate. The host was very helpful and proactive in communication so I was never left guessing. Plus, he gave great recommendations on restaurants. I highly recommend, we will book on our next trip!

We had a lovely time! The space was beautifully decorated, super cozy, and large enough for everyone to stretch out and feel right at home. Jamie thought of everything - there are lots of blankets to curl up in, games, and nice touches in the bathroom to make the stay extra comfortable. The location is beautiful; the home is tucked away in the trees and we enjoyed watching birds from the dining room window in the morning while drinking our coffee (and fireflies at night). We’ll definitely come back if we are in the area again!

My wife and I stayed from 5/28 - 6/3. This was our third time in NWA and first staying in Bella Vista. The Lookout Chalet was everything we were hoping for in a short term rental. The house was just as described and was perfect for us. We really enjoyed how quiet it was and the outdoor areas to relax in. I also like the close access to the Tunnel Vision trail which allowed you to ride two different directions. We explored the Bella Vista area and really fell in love with it. This is our top choice to retire to in 10 years. Peak Adventures made our stay super easy and enjoyable! If you are looking at a short term rental in Bella Vista I can’t rate this high enough!
