We couldn't have asked for a better stay in Rotorua. The house was exceptionally clean and comfortable. I especially loved that I could walk from the house to the trails in the Whakarewarewa Forest.

We had a lovely stay and really enjoyed the geothermal bath! Super friendly and welcoming communication. Home was perfect and so comfortable.

What a beautiful home for a family getaway! It surpassed our expectations, and they were high. Sarah and Darren have thought of absolutely everything and it is all top quality and so comfortable. One of my aunties marvelled that her bed was so good, she woke up without the usual aches and pains. Located just up the road from the redwood forest and tree walk, and only a few minutes from town, yet private and quiet, it was a perfect escape. Now we want to stay again during summer to make the absolute most of the fabulous pool and outdoor areas. Highly recommend!

The house was a great place to stay while we explored Rotorua. It was convenient to many of the tourist attractions we were seeing and the home was a peaceful place to come back to at the end of a busy day.

We had a great stay at Jonathon's. We love the spa and used it throughout our stay. The house had all the space we needed for 7 people too. Overall, we had a great stay!

Everything was absolutley spotless. The house felt so welcoming and we slept so well in the beds. Super comfortable mattresses and beautiful linen. Carpets felt like they were brand new. Anne was so kind and was happy to be there if we needed her. She made our 5 year old daughter feel at home. My daughter loved the presence of the animals on the property and the swings and trampoline were a pleasant surprise for her. We feel like we didn’t have enough time in Rotorua so plan to come back again one day and won’t hesitate to stay here again.

This is the top accommodation I’ve experienced in Rotorua. Both the interior and exterior are spacious, comfortable, and clean. The actual place looks even better than the photos. You can enjoy a private hot spring with peaceful scenery, and there‘s a lakefront and playground just a 3-minute walk away, making it the perfect accommodation where parents and children can all enjoy together.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Beautiful stay nearby to Rotorua, white water rafting and geothermal areas. The bathtub on the deck is absolutely huge and definitely the highlight.

We had a fantastic stay at Toka Ridge, booking the beautiful “Toka 4 – Koko” villa. It was a last-minute trip to Rotorua, and we truly lucked out finding this absolute gem. The villa was spotless, spacious, and tastefully designed, a perfect home away from home. Check-in was seamless and hassle-free, setting the tone for a relaxed and enjoyable stay. The villa had everything we needed and more, including a luxurious spa pool an absolute highlight, especially with Rotorua’s cozy, rainy weather! For those new to the area, the guest book provided at the property is incredibly helpful. It’s full of local recommendations, tips, and helpful information to make the most of both the home and the Rotorua experience. A big thank you to our host, Liam, who was friendly, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed. Toka Ridge exceeded our expectations the kids loved it, we loved it, and we’re already planning our next visit!

Such a beautiful home with a beautiful view of the city. We really enjoyed a soak in the spa after our busy day. Wished we stayed longer, so will definitely look at staying here again. The host is friendly and fast to communicate! My friends and I enjoyed our stay :)

Had an incredible stay here. It was very cozy, private and quiet, perfect way to relax and recharge. Everything you could need is available and easy to use. The outdoor bath was definitely a highlight of the stay. Will definitely come back again

Spent a couple days and had a great time. The place is amazing! It’s private but the hosts leave very clear instructions. All the amenities mentioned in the listing was there. Lovely view, great to watch from the hot tub. Thanks for a lovely stay!

it's our second time at Kath and Dave's place, and still fell in love with the beautiful surroundings! A warning though, if you are not a nature lover, or unable to live without the convenience of life e.g. no wifi, no tv, no radio, being mindful of your rubbish --- as it is just 100% serene surroundings --then you would not fall in love with this place! the fireplace is cool, amazing place to just be still, and slow down in life! There are so many things that you can enjoy when you look how great it is walking up with the birds singing, and the smell of fresh air!!!

This place is so special! we wished we'd stayed longer. Such a peaceful spot, we loved the outdoor bath and the multiple fireplaces
