Came down from Auckland for my birthday, there were meant to be 3 of us but one person didn’t make. That didn’t ruin our trip anyways, this place was absolutely stunning, quiet and peaceful. Surroundings were beautiful and the home was so comfortable made us feel like home. We would definitely come back :)

What a stunning, peaceful and well looked after place to spend your holiday. We had a blast. We will definitely be back,,, if not once a year, as often as we can! Not only the view was magnificent and the place had all we didn’t even know we need, Angela and David went over and beyond to make sure our stay is one to remember. From communication to availability and we’re super flexible to cater for our needs. They allowed us early check in even though we arrived hours earlier than they were expecting us and had the place warm and comfortable plus they got the spa going for us while it was not part of the amenities. They also delivered delicious mandarins from the garden. I have to say the photos online don’t do this place justice. It is far more magical than what can be imagined based on the online images. Thank you David & Angela for your hospitality and for your prompt response everytime we had to get in touch.

We had a lovely stay at Helen's. Everything is ad described in the listing. It was an affordable price, it was clean and we felt right at home. We would definitely stay here again.

Loved our stay at Tim’s place!! The bed was comfortable, everything was very clean, and the neighborhood seemed very safe!! Tim was a very friendly and helpful host providing suggestions and ensuring we had everything we needed for our stay.

Loft on Lewis was a gorgeous oasis. All the little things were thought of, like umberellas when it was wet, and sensor lighting to light the way. It was within walking distance to the Redwoods Treewalk, which turned out to be one of a highlight of our Rotorua trip. Our hosts were easy to communicate with and most welcoming. We loved it.

Cathi went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay. She was friendly, helpful and responded quickly. She provided extra baby amenities requested prior to our stay. I forgot my laptop charger and she was even able to lend me one that worked. There was clear instruction on how to arrive and Cathi met us as we arrive. In the dark, the turn off into the property may be hard to find so it was good we managed to get there in just a bit of daylight left. The surrounding is quiet, serene, yet very close to Tauranga. The place was better than the photos actually. The outdoor spa was a treat for me. We have stayed at many places and most we would not return for various reasons, but we would definitely come back to her place if we get a chance!

Garys place is in a beautiful location and has wonderful views of the lake, the jetty and lake access was a real bonus. The bedroom and bathrooms set up were perfect and decorated really nicely, good wifi if you want it too and walkable to the main jetty area and town. thank you also for allowing us to bring our little dogs, it made for a wonderful holiday.

Wow! I was away for work and have been on the road for about 6 weeks. I felt like I was on holiday while working. Julia and Tony’s place exceeded expectations. Stunning, peaceful. The cedar hot tub had an amazing set up from lighting at night to hearing the waterfall. Very comfortable bed and lounge suite. The bathrooms are beautiful. I just don’t not have enough words to describe how amazing Tony and Julia are and how great my stay was. Thank you!!

We are very happy in this place ♥️ Christine has always received us with incredible kindness and is always very attentive to what we need ♥️ She also has a beautiful puppy that we love very much♥️ It is an excellent place for people looking for privacy and tranquillity. Besides, everything is impeccable and new 💕 we are very happy! We would come back without thinking about it!

As others have said there wasn’t anything missing from this perfectly presented B&B. Divine baking & preserves set this apart from others. The farm view with beach across the road and interesting art pieces was also quite unique. Much care & attention has been lavished on this property & we got to sit back & enjoy it. Thank you

Really enjoyed our stay. Everything was immaculate and really well thought out. Kitchen was very well stocked with everything you would need. Cosy in winter and one of the most comfortable beds I have slept in. Redwoods forest right on your doorstep for mountain bike and walking trails. Tony was excellent at responding and we were particularly grateful that the heat pump was on to warm the apartment up for our late night arrival. Would definitely recommend

Great spot by the redwood forest and to get into the city as well. Pleasant way to spend a few days with the selection of books and reading nook

Lynden and his family were great hosts, they were very accomodating to our needs and were very responsive. The place was very nice and clean, good location as well, the lakes and other parks were in walkable distance. Highly recommend.

what a beautiful setting. it was so peaceful and serene. Leeannes directions and instructions were super easy to follow. plenty of parking space. The unit itself was really tidy and had everything we needed. Comfy beds, clean linen and towels, nice lounge area.. Great kitchen incl full fridge freezer. Nice little outdoor area to sit and enjoy the quiet. There is a beautiful stream at the back of the property for a beautiful walk. Only a 10min drive to the main Rotorua strip. Leeanne responded to every message and was really friendly and helpful. She is a great hostess. We thought it was worth the money we paid. We will definitely stay here again.

Chris! What a legend! Super kind host, and very refreshing to rock up in an MTB destination and the host has thought about where guests will not only wash there expensive equipment, but where they can securely store them. The flat has everything you need, and very close to one of the access’ for the Redwoods trails. Awesome stay, highly recommend!

The place was great! comfy bed, loved the shower and the spa! Even gave my little one toys which he loved😊 Thank you for the great stay

Kim's place was perfect for our needs. We were visiting family who have downsized so didn't have room for the three of us (my husband and adult son). We only really slept there, but the shower was lovely and also we appreciated having extra towels available for use at the hot pools. Really great stay - thanks!

Guy's accomodation was really easy to find and ideally placed to enjoy all the activities that Rotorua has to offer ! The place was great for a short stay, well suited for two people (maybe crowded for four). we recomand.

We had a wonderful stay at Sheena’s. Sheena was a lovely warm host. The location is fantastic- close to MTB park and only a few minutes drive to the city. Very quiet area. House had everything we needed, was really clean and comfy. We’d definitely stay again.
