A modern, year-round loft house with a private SPA area in the heart of the Bieszczady Mountains. Sauna, two-person hot tub, and hot tub on the deck. A house on the edge of the forest, where you can feel the closeness of nature at every step. Nearby, you can find traces of bison, and if you go a little further into the forest, a trained eye can find traces of bears or wolves. Walking through the garden, we find the ruins of an Orthodox chapel from the 19th century, and behind it a blue trail. If we direct our steps in the opposite direction, we can go for a walk towards Solina - for refreshing baths in summer and refreshing ice swimming in winter.

Located on the ground floor of a 2-storey building, it has 2 double rooms, free public parking, a playground surrounded by greenery and a bicycle storage room.
