The bathroom has a shower, while the living room has an equipped kitchenette and a seating area with a sofa and TV (Netflix, etc.) With us, you'll find a unique BBQ shed overlooking Otrytu, a playground, and a private area above a mountain stream with a fireplace and sun loungers. Lots of green space and peace. The house stands on a plot directly adjacent to the lake, about 30 meters. We also have a barbecue, a jetty, and a paddle boat at guests' disposal. During the period from 1 May to 30 September, the house is rented for a minimum of 6 days. The exterior property is monitored.
