This is a beautiful place to stay and bigger than it looks in the photos. It’s close to the centre of Tallahassee but not on a commercial street. Gena was very helpful and quick to answer questions when I was booking.

My parents enjoyed their stay in the newly renovated unit with beautiful furnishings and peaceful colors and artwork. Linda is a great communicator and proactively reached out to make sure they had everything they needed. The property is private and surrounded by big sprawling oaks. They enjoyed sitting outside and listening to the birds sing. Great location and would stay again!

We can’t wait to return to Midtown Carolina! This property is very well-appointed - comfy beds, quality linens, impressive coffee bar & fully stocked kitchen, charging stations and many other unique amenities. Midtown is the perfect location to FSU, downtown, and the Capital. If all that isn’t enough…this home is beautifully designed! And we went to three of your recommended restaurants, all amazing!

This place was so eclectic and so much better than the pictures. House was clean, pool was perfect and fit my softball team perfectly. Only suggestion was needing wash cloths but we only stayed one night so we didn’t request them. We would stay again.

The Pelican Cottage was perfect! I’m originally from Crawfordville and staying at Kevin’s spot in the heart of the city was SO convenient. Kevin was kind, responsive, proactive, and provided clear instructions. The Airbnb had everything we needed during our stay. The appliances were updated which made them all the better. I was impressed to find there was even a printer! The check out was simple and didn’t require a bunch of work like some Airbnb hosts require. The Pelican cottage will definitely be our first pick next time we visit. Thank you Kevin for a great stay in my hometown! 😊

The house was spectacular. The porches were our favorite spot to hang out, especially the back porch. It has two ceiling fans that are a great addition, but the breeze and the backyard was just awesome. The living spaces were beautiful, very nice beds, bathrooms are to live for as well as the kitchen. I would recommend this place to all who are looking to go to Havana, Florida. It is located so you can walk to the local town shops.

The house is a hidden gem! LaSharonte went over and above for our family after we left something significant of my daughter’s behind. I will definitely be booking again in the future and she was very accommodating! Thank you and your husband so much for your hospitality!!

Excellent spot just in a pocket of town that lets you easily access all the hip places while giving you a nice quiet location to take a break from the hustle and bustle of the big city. The hosts are fantastic, had clear communication, and had ensures the location was well prepped for our visit. They also assisted with some information on local spots to see which was very appreciated! Will definitely stay again!
