This is an ideal and peaceful setting to escape the busy bustle of life and take a breath of fresh air. This family friendly home features 3 levels with the main living area on the top floor, accessible from the front entry and parking area. Play shuffleboard, darts, and foosball, splash into the lake on the water slide, paddle into the sunset, dock your boat, or relax in a hammock or lounger.

This cozy home with two distinct living areas overlooks a wide expanse of water on Badin Lake. Enjoy exploring the lake by kayaking (kayaks provided) or by hiking the many trails in nearby Uwharrie Forest. A public boat launch is nearby so bring your boat or other water vehicles. Family Vacation Home on 20 Acres w/ Bass Pond!

Vacation getaway on 20 acres. 1100 sqft wrap around covered porch overlooking a 3/4 acre private pond. The pond is well stocked with bass and brim for easy catching. Large fire pit with log benches between the house and pond. Great sound system! Guests are able to connect their device to the sound system and enjoy their music inside and out. The pond includes a paddle boat and there are life jackets in the barn. Downstairs has a fridge, pool table, dart board, & other games for our guests.

Sip your morning coffee on the dock while looking across at the uninhabited Goat Island. You will see fish jump and other wildlife near the water. Take a dip in the lake by day and fish off the dock by night. Your days will be so full of activities, that you will sleep soundly in our comfortable beds, appointed with memory foam mattress toppers and silky smooth sheets.
