Holiday rentals with lake access in Lake Zell

We were very happy with the choice. A great appartment close to a small shop with access to numerous walking/running trails. Zell am See only a short drive away, has numerous quality restaurants. Access to lake for swimming and boat hire within a short walk.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage in einer kleinen Wohnsiedlung. Toller Blick nach Süden Richtung Hohe Tauern oder nach Norden Richtung Steinernes Meer. Zu Fuß ist man in 15 min am See, mit dem Auto sind es auch nur 15 min bis ins Skigebiet nach Saalbach-Hinterglemm. Im Sommer bestimmt auch toll zum Fahrradfahren. Vielen Dank an Mathilde und Alois für den schönen Aufenthalt!

Mooi, ruim en comfortabel huis. De prijs meer dan waard. Met de hele familie (8 volwassenen en 5 kinderen) verbleven. Genoeg plek en privacy.

Perfekte Unterkunft für den Winterurlaub mit großen Gruppen/Familien. Alles war fußläufig in 5 Minuten zu erreichen (Alpentherme, Schlossalmbahn, Supermarkt).

Nádherné ubytování, které převýšilo naše očekávání, Vanessa byla velmi vstřícná a se vším vždy ihned pomohla. Dokonalé výhledy na hory, vše perfektně připravené. V baráku byla z počátku velká zima, ale po kontaktování hostitelky, která ihned reagovala a upravila teplotu bylo vše perfektní. Děkujeme. ❤️

Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt! Das Haus ist modern, aber trotzdem zum wohlfühlen eingerichtet. Insbesondere die Küche war mehr als gut ausgestattet auch für eine große Gruppe (sogar 2 Geschirrspüler). Ein sehr idyllischer Ort mit schöner Landschaft direkt vor der Haustür und netten Nachbarn. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohlgefühlt :)

Wir hatten eine großartige Zeit in der Wohnung! Alles war super sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Besonders praktisch war der Pool direkt im gleichen Gebäude. Die Lage ist top – in ein paar Minuten ist man am See oder bei der Schafbergbahn. Ideal, wenn man gerne wandert oder einfach die Natur genießen möchte. Der Check-in war total unkompliziert und der Gastgeber war super hilfsbereit – mit vielen tollen Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants in der Umgebung. Besonders schön war auch der Blick vom Balkon auf die Berge – einfach traumhaft. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Might be the best location possible for visiting Königsee - highly recommend. The host was also friendly and answered promptly 😊

Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft von Stephan & Evelyn sehr wohlgefühlt. Idealer Ausgangspunkt für wunderschöne Wanderungen. Restaurants und Supermarkt sind zu Fuß leicht erreichbar.

Travelling with our two adult daughters Andreas’s flat was perfect. His lovely wife popped over to welcome us. There were homely touches like fresh meadow flowers on the table & drinks in the fridge. We had a great 4 days exploring a beautiful area despite the damp weather. The flat is warm, beds were comfortable & we had everything we needed. We enjoyed the peaceful garden & the very convenient location for exploring the area on foot. One thing we were unaware of was that many of the local establishments would prefer payment in Euro cash rather than card (some were cash only) & ATM charges are high so make sure you take € with you. We would love to return again one day & explore further

Wir haben in der Nähe unsere Familie besucht und waren begeistert von der wunderschönen Lage , vom nahegelegenen Badesee und dem sehr freundlichen und lockeren Umgang mit Jan, unserem Vermieter, der auch unser Hundchen mit in seiner Wohnung aufgenommen hat. Wunderbar fanden wir, daß wir eine Woche lang abends NICHT vor dem Fernseher gelandet sind ( es gibt nämlich dort keinen) . Ein sehr erholsamer und entspannter Aufenthalt, Danke.

Die Wohnung ist sehr hell und hübsch eingerichtet. Es gibt viele gemütliche Sofas und Sessel zum erholen :-) und eine gut eingerichtete Küche. Auch die Lage hat uns gut gefallen. Fabrice ist ein toller Gastgeber und immer gut zu erreichen. Herzlichen Dank für alles!

The perfect location to get to the many sights we wanted to hit in Bavaria and Austria.

We enjoyed a breathtaking view of Lake Wolfgang from the apartment windows, and which looks exactly as it is in the pictures. The location is peaceful and private with easy parking and easy road routes to Salzburg and the other lakes. It’s up a hill so may be a challenging walk from the lake (about 15-20 mins) if you struggle physically. There’s a mix of restaurants nearby but two supermarkets very close if you want to self cater as we did for half our stay. The place has just enough pots and pans to make a full cooked meal.

Wir wurden unheimlich herzlich empfangen!Sabine hat ein wahrhaft schönes Haus direkt am See mit eigenem Steeg zum verweilen und einfachem Zugang in den See! Das Haus erzählt seine eigene Geschichte,historisch und liebevoll restauriert! Alles war wie beschrieben,die Zimmer sind gemütlich eingerichtet,herrlich bequeme Betten ,alles tipptopp sauber und ein Ausblick auf den See wie er schöner nicht sein könnte!Seeblick vom Zimmer und Balkon! Die Umgebung läd zum Wandern und Verweilen ein,alles ist fussläufig sehr gut erreichbar!Wir werden mit Sicherheit wiederkommen!!! Sabine,du und dein Seehäusl- ihr seid einfach wunderbar🫶🏼

I feel people often overuse adjectives nowadays. I hate to sound cliche, but this place was truly magnificent. We didn’t want to leave! Enchanting! Ruth was a great host, gives excellent instructions on entering the town and House Seegarten. She gave great recommendations. She was flexible on our checkout. This is the first place we have been in Europe that we were talking about returning to before we left. Don’t miss it!

Highly recommend! We had a stressful day getting stuck in traffic and arriving much later than anticipated. The host was extremely understanding and flexible. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast in the morning and would come back in a heartbeat. Great experience!!

Our stay at Katrins place was great! she was always very kind and responsive, happy to accomodade some pecial needs we had because of the kids. She also proactively organize discounted ski tickets for Hochfügen. The house is exactly as in the pictures, lots of space for even a big group. Location is very good, close to some ski resort and some cute lakes.
