It's a perfect place for a winter or summer holiday. The chalet is located at an altitude of 1,000m with breathtaking views of the surrounding Hochkoenig valley. The skiing slopes are only a 50 meter walk from the chalet. Directly from the chalet you can quickly reach several great MTB routes or hiking tours.

Our quiet apartment (32 m²), overlooking the Tennen Mountains, offers direct access to the ski area and our cross-country trails. In summer, you can reach the paraglider landing site and numerous walking and hiking trails in just 2 minutes walking time. The town center and a swimming lake are only 1.5 km away. The cosy flat is located in the district of Schüttdorf (Zell am See) and offers space for up to 4 people. It has a large balcony, a laundry room, a parking space. The Areitbahn ski lift, supermarkets & restaurants are within walking distance. (10-12 mins) The bus stop to Zell/Kaprun is directly in front of the accommodation. There is a train station & bike path directly behind the flat (5-10 min walk). The lake is a 12-15 min walk or 5 min drive away.

Apartment 'Manggeihütte Top 2' is a cozy apartment in Neukirchen am Großvenediger. The apartment has a kitchen with a sitting area and a spacious bedroom with two box spring beds and a bunk bed. From the hall, you reach the bathroom with shower and a separate toilet. Under the house is a spacious ski cellar with ski boot dryers and the sauna, and in summer the bicycles can be stored here. There are plenty of parking spaces around the house.
