The house was clean and spacious. Perfect for our golf trip. Each of us have own bedrooms.

The house was a perfect space for two families. Having 3 full bathrooms was perfect. Roomy, clean and great amenities.

We absolutely LOVED our birthday getaway!! Randy was an amazing host and his home way beyond amazing, we felt right at home walking in and everything was in perfect condition. The arcade and games were awesome, the backyard and the pool were GREAT and always really warm. The swings in the back were perfect for relaxing and I can absolutely see myself booking again. I loved it and 100% recommend anyone to stay there. The area is very close to restaurants and beaches and there’s A LOT of things to do and explore around the home. Very central to everything we wanted to do. Once again I’m glad to have booked with Randy and would do so in my next trip! THANK YOU 🥰🙏🏼

This was our third visit and we just love this house. Already planning another week this falll and maybe a couple of long weekends. The location is perfect to everything we love to do in Sarasota and the size of the house is perfect for us.

We stayed for a week with our four-year-old son. We found the accommodation quickly and it's in a great location! You can quickly reach all the beautiful beaches, for example Anna Maria Island or Siesta Key. The guest house is very spacious, nicely furnished and clean. Kathleen gave us a lovely welcome, valuable tips and equipment for the beach. Of course it is not a luxury apartment, but a simple guest house and here and there it is a little worn, but it was clean, spacious, pretty and had everything we needed. There is no dishwasher - but it didn't bother us. The garden is huge, unfortunately there were lots of mosquitoes, but that's normal in this area. Also, the property was a bit trashed from the last hurricane, Kathleen apologized to us several times for that. And of course the chickens leave their droppings. It's just farm-like, you have to know that. Our son loved the chickens, especially Napoleon the rooster! Overall, it's great value for money and Kathleen is a warm host! <3

Our family really enjoyed staying here. The neighborhood was quiet, safe, and close to shopping and restaurants. The house was clean, clutter-free, and just as pictured. It was more spacious than we expected. William was extremely responsive and answered all questions.

This home is well- maintained and has lovely outdoor spaces. The artwork in the home was unique and fun, not cookie-cutter or generic. I loved that. The amenities were just what was needed to prepare meals or enjoy ourselves. The neighborhood is quiet and walkable, with friendly neighbors. Overall, this is a great location and property.

Check in was easy and the house was super clean. The backyard is really cool, feels like you are at the beach with the tiki bar. Definitely would come back.

Beautiful place! In a pretty good area to close to the beach. House was neat and tidy everything looked perfect. The pool is a plus! WiFi is slow but we didn’t really use it. Would definitely book again!

The place was just as described. Extremely clean and met our needs for our trip. I felt safe while there and encountered zero issues. Would stay here again.

Hilda's place was as described. Location was close to the airport and Within 20 minutes to downtown sarasota and within 40 minutes to Siesta Key beach. The beds were comfortable and the house is in a good location when visiting the Sarasota area. The community Pool was in close proximity to the house. Would definitely recommend when staying in the Sarasota area.

We had a great stay at the house. Loved the interior decor. Looks like the home was remodeled recently. Everything was fresh and clean. We loved hanging out by the pool. Backyard was very private and peaceful. Posts were very quick with their responses if I had any questions about the home. We would definitely stay at the Home again when we’re in town.

Andrea was responsive & friendly. Location is FANTASTIC! Perfect for us & our dogs. LOVE the fenced in yard making it easy to take them out. Will definately stay with Andrea again if back in the area.

Such a lovely and stylish home! We enjoyed our stay at Conrad and Honorata’s home near our favorite beach and restaurants. The neighborhood is quiet and walkable. My pups and I took leisurely walks during our stay and they excitedly explored the fenced in backyard garden with abundant fruit trees and a large patio area. My favorite was being able to access the patio and backyard right from the master bedroom. This was an amazing convenience during our visit. Looking forward to returning soon!

This was the perfect place for two people. Had everything we needed for a weekend away. The hosts were so nice and it was an easy place to come and go from. Will be back again!

Everything was great from cleanliness to amenities to communication with the host. Fully equipped kitchen, fantastic pool, and less than 10 min drive from any shopping imaginable. 5 stars all the way. Definitely will be booking again.

We stayed here for 2 weeks for our anniversary trip and loved every second of it. Josie’s place is exactly how it looks in the pictures! It is beautiful and fully redone. The bed is so comfortable! We loved it even more since we got to bring our fur kid! Josie also owns a dog grooming salon so it was great to be able to get our dog groomed while we were there and she even went above our expectations and brought our dog back to the house for us!! I can’t say enough good things about this house or about Josie!! We will definitely come back and stay again!
