Great location, felt right at home. Bonus was the under ground parking.

We and the kids love Alexandre and Sandra's apartment. It is very spacious, with a large balcony, with all the necessary utilities; the apartment is very clean. Communication is excellent, always with quick answers from Ms. Sandra. The location is great, in the center of Albir with the beach, shops and restaurants within walking distance to 5-7 minutes in different directions of course. Even though you live in the CENTER, it is a quiet place! (but on 16.08 in the public parking, next to this building there was a spectacular fireworks show at night from 24.00 to 1.00 - at the end there was a bombing! like in war - people were hiding behind walls / walls, still making videos with their hands outstretched - I have never experienced such a bombing during similar fireworks shows - a bit scary, like everyone watching). La estancia en este alojamiento fue maravillosa. Todo coincidía exactamente con las fotos: muy limpio, todo nuevo, perfectamente decorado y con una ubicación inmejorable. La limpieza era impecable, no faltaba ningún detalle. El trato por parte del anfitrión fue excelente, siempre amable y atento. Sandra was a wonderful host, from start to finish. The apartment was better than described in a great location and all within walking distance to Calp area. Dorian’s apartment is the perfect place to enjoy a great time off. Every equipment that we needed was already there, such as a coffee machine with some capsules and basic cooking equipment like salt and pepper. We felt at home right away. The view from the balcony is stunning, the promenade and the beach are literally only 10 steps away. We would definitely visit again!

El piso es perfecto para una escapadita a la playa. Las vistas son inmejorables y el piso es cómodo. Nos gustó el detalle del secador con difusor, de los productos para el baño y el detergente disponible para usar la lavadora. Nuestros anfitriones han sido súper agradables, siempre han estado atentos y nos han contestado casi inmediatamente. Hay una playita super cerca además que puedes hacer una ruta por los pueblos de la zona ya que está cerquita de todo. Muy recomendable.

Sprzęty i meble wysokiej jakości, wszystko dopracowane w każdym szczególe. Baseny na terenie obiektu czyste, z krystaliczną wodą – świetne doświadczenie. This is a beautiful apartment very close to the beach. There are amazing views of the sea from the living area, terrace and main bedroom. Angelo was punctual and helpful at check-in and everywhere was super clean. Excellent communication with the hosts and some minor issues were dealt with promptly. We had a car and drove into central Altea every day, but I'm guessing it's about a 25 minute walk. There is a very good supermarket close by and a few restaurants. We will be back!

Flat was in perfect location to restaurants and beach, clean, tidy . Chloe was really accommodating and quick to respond, we had a great week.

Absolutely loved our stay. Everything was exactly as described with Kelli being so helpful and welcoming in her messages ahead of our stay. Beautiful accommodation ever so tastefully furnished with everything you need for your stay. Restaurants walking distance locally with a pebble beach on your doorstep and two beach bars. Pool area spotless and sunbeds readily available. If you want to explore lots of places easily accessible. All in all fantastic.

The place is way better than the pics. Imaculate place, super clean, really quite, no noise, great swimming pool, easy parking. We were 5 people and we had enough space for everybody. 2 good rooms and splendid bathroom. Segundo is a really good host always responds quick, he gives clear and straight instructions, he makes goods suggestions and obviously he knows the area pretty well. 100% recommended. We will repeat without any doubt.

This is a beautiful unit, clean and very spacious a with a lovely view of the sea. You will need a car to get around as there are no services within walking distance but the beach is a very short walk and you can spend your entire day on the units decks and hot tubs. Outdoor pool was closed for the season but it looks very nice and clean.

Das Apartment ist zentral gelegen, und trotzdem sehr ruhig. Es ist in der 4. Etage, mit Aufzug erreichbar. Die Ausstattung ist super, es ist alles da, was man für einen Urlaub benötigt. Die Anlage hat einen Swimmingpool, ein beheiztes und überdachtes Schwimmbad sowie einen Paddle-Platz. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Fantastic modern apartment. Spotlessly clean. We absolutely loved the terrace, view and pool. There is some construction in the area but it wasn't intrusive whilst we were there. I would recommend a car to get around. We had a problem with the air con but the company were very responsive and helpful, sending someone round straight away to sort it out.

Vi hadde en veldig fin uke hos Rafal. Leiligheten er fin, behagelig og ikke minst veldig praktisk. Vi koste oss ekstra med alle bademulighetene. Vi hadde leiebil og med den kom vi oss enkelt til alle plasser. Strendene i området er fantastiske. Vil anbefale en tur til Villajoyosa. Kan absolutt anbefale Rafal sin leilighet til andre.

Das Apartment hat uns sehr gut gefallen, vorallem die schöne Sicht auf das Meer. Das Gebäude, wo sich das Apartment befindet ist auch sehr sauber. Die Menschen vor Ort sehr freundlich und der Pool lädt zum entspannen ein. Es hat uns gefallen, dass es nicht direkt in der Partygegend war und man so seine Ruhe hatte. Das Apartment ist großartig ausgestattet - wir kommen gerne wieder!!

We hebben twee maanden doorgebracht in het appartement. Het is ruim netjes en met een groot terras op de begane grond waar de hele dag zon was. We keken uit op het zwembad en de tuin, dat was super.
