Séjour parfait à Monségur. La maison est à quelques minutes à pied du centre ville qui contient toutes les commodités, dont le restaurant juste en face (avec un menu à 19€) La maison est magnifique et correspond à la description de l’annonce, au calme. Les extérieurs sont toujours ensoleillés et la piscine parfaitement chauffée ! Merci à Julien qui gère l’arrivée et la sortie, et qui est disponible au téléphone

Everything about this place is top class. The house is absolutely lovely, beautifully furnished in a way that feels both traditional and homely. The location is stunning, a gorgeous commune surrounded by other lovely little towns with lots to see and do. The pool and the garden are fantastic, so nice that we actually ventured out far less than we had originally planned. Our daughters, aged 4 and 2, wanted to move in permanently! Last but not least, Andy and Jacqui are the perfect hosts, super friendly and helpful. This was our first holiday since having kids and we are so, so pleased we chose here. We would love to return.

Logement agréable dans lequel rien ne manque . Superbe vue sur la vallée de la terrasse. L'hôte est très réactif. La piscine est un petit plus en période de forte chaleur. L'accessibilité au logement est un peu compliqué mais c'est le prix à payer pour la vue et la tranquillité

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour ! Nous étions 14, les chambres sont belles et confortables. Mention spéciale pour la cuisine hyper équipée et grande ainsi que l’espace piscine. Il y a plusieurs coins cosy et du coup nous ne nous sommes jamais senti les uns sur les autres. La maison a tout le nécessaire pour passer de supers moments le tout dans un cadre détendu. Les propriétaires ont été toujours disponibles, gentils et prêts à nous aider ou nous fournir tout le nécessaire pour que notre séjour soit une réussite. Je recommande cet hébergement les yeux fermés.

Such an idyllic stay! The gîte is perfectly located amidst peaceful surroundings, you really feel like you’re in the middle of the French countryside. The garden is enormous, and was a lovely area for our little girl to run around. The pool area is very clean and looks new, located within the grounds , it’s a little walk from the gite but this is great for feeling of privacy. The gite itself is well equipped, clean, spacious and remains cool even when it’s very warm outside. A home away from home. It’s very easy to park outside the front. The local village is very picturesque with restaurants, boulangerie, mini supermarket. It’s a quick drive down, but was too far for us to walk, especially in the heat. Sarah was a fantastic host, was very easy to contact and responsive. Such a wonderful introduction to the Dordogne region for my family and I100% would recommend. Merci beaucoup pour tout, Sarah. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour au Pré des Noix. Dès notre arrivée, Alexandrine nous a donné toutes les instructions et s'est rendue parfaitement disponible pendant le séjour. La petite maison bien équipée est ravissante et paisible, c'est un vrai lieu de repos à 2 pas de la vallée de la Vézère et de ses incontournables spots touristiques. Tout était parfait et nous reviendrons avec plaisir si l'occasion se représente

Magnifique maison, au calme, au cœur du Périgord noir. Les quelques jours étaient particulièrement ensoleillés. Le matin, petit déjeuner sur la terrasse en surplomb face à la nature qui s’éveille. Le midi, déjeuner à l’arrière de la maison à l’ombre dans le jardin. Le soir, retour sur la terrasse pour un dîner face au coucher de soleil. Le tout, sans vis-à-vis. Les seuls compagnons peuvent être les moutons voisins et les chevreuils. La maison est vaste et agréable. Et le hamac intérieur permet un repos original, au frais, lorsqu’il fait chaud dehors. Un séjour fantastique dans le château d'Odette et François, deux hôtes exceptionnels, attentionnés, généreux et discrets. Les chambres sont très agréables, spacieuses, le jardin charmant et la piscine formidable. Tout pour plaire, y compris les autres voyageurs avec qui nous avons sympathisé. Nous reviendrons !

We stayed for 4 nights and enjoyed the apartment and its terraced garden. The view from the terrace is a pleasant one overlooking rooftops and towards a hill. It was nice to meet Ralf on arrival who showed us around, explained how the apartment worked and had time to have a chat - so much nicer than arriving to a lockbox. This is a new listing so I think almost everything is brand new - which was a plus. The beds were firm and to our liking. The kitchen is well stocked with crockery and cooking utensils - which is great as I like to cook. There is a nice dining table and chairs on the terrace as well as other outdoor furniture. The apartment is really close to the historic centre of Sarlat - probably a five minute walk. Also close by is a bakery and it is only a few minutes walk to the supermarket if you don’t want to drive to the bigger supermarkets on the outskirts of the town. The property has a locked gated entry with parking just to the side of the apartment.

Logement bien rénové et équipé, idéalement situé au coeur du très beau village de Terrasson, dans une rue très calme. Monique et Dany connaissent bien leur région en outre, je recommande.

Die Wohnung und das Haus sind sehr liebevoll renoviert und behutsam modernisiert, sodass sich mittelalterlicher Charme und hoher Komfort verbinden. Der Garten ist groß und schön, die Lage perfekt. Françoise war sehr freundlich und hilfreich bei der Ankunft (sie spricht auch sehr gut Deutsch) und der Check-Out war unkompliziert. Alles in allem eine tolle Erfahrung, wir wären gerne ganz lange geblieben und hätten die Ruhe und Schönheit des Ortes genossen!

Great location. The a/c was wonderful to have on the hot days. Ridwan was very responsive to questions. Helped me find parking on festival day and offered local advice on things to do. Also reminded me of holiday that I had forgotten about!

Exceeded our expectations in every way!! Magnificent building enhanced by beautiful antiques and accessories. The restaurant was great and the parking was excellent. The bathroom was special. The village was a perfect location to explore the Dordogne region. Very close to Beynac, Domme, and the Marqueyssac Gardens. Perfect for canoeing the river too.

Our stay in Eric’s house was perfect. Stepping out into the heart of the old town was a wonderful experience every time. The location could not be more central to restaurants shops and bars. We will certainly stay again.

We spent a wonderfully restful and restorative week staying at Le Lapin Sur le Toit. The house is very old and characterful, and full of quirks. Extremely comfortable, both inside and outside, whatever the weather is doing; we had mostly very hot weather and were glad of the thick stone walls keeping the house nice and cool. The kitchen is well-equipped. We made use of local markets (the one in Rouffignac on Sunday morning is great for essentials, and there is a bigger one in St Cyprien) The small 8 à 8 Carrefour in Rouffignac has all the basics, and bigger supermarkets at Le Bugue and Montingac. The garden is beautiful and very private. We are not bird experts by any means, but saw and heard woodpeckers, cuckoos and hoopoes. We saw lizards, deer, bats and walked down to the field at the bottom of the garden to see the horses. Cat also came to inspect us on evening patrol. Overall, a beautiful, comfortable house in a peaceful, tranquil setting.

Apart from getting very lost trying to find it we had an absolutely wonderful stay. The house is really beautiful and perfect for our party of 9 (including a baby & toddler). The pool was really fun and we enjoyed the ping pong table. The house was very well equipped and we found lots to do within 30-40 min drive. Lovely restaurant in Coly (10 min drive) opposite the church and great supermarket in Terrasson (15 min drive). Lots of local markets, Sarlat was especially good. Would definitely recommend this beautiful house and we hope to be back one day!

Sophie deserves more than 5 stars! Her place is absolutely beautiful and the photos don’t do it justice. The house itself is great, with everything you could need, and the pool area is amazing. It is also only a couple of minutes walk to a great supermarket and multiple restaurants and bakeries. Sophie went above and beyond to help and gave excellent recommendations including a private chef and yoga instructor. We were all sad to leave and already discussing coming back. Don’t hesitate to book!

Serge’s place is amazing. We spent a lovely 10 days there in May and it was exactly what we were looking for. It’s walking distance into the village which has everything you need, and the place itself is clean, well appointed and in a beautiful setting with its own lake. Serge was so responsive and kind to us during the stay too - he went the extra mile to make sure we enjoyed ourselves!

We had a lovely week here. It’s so beautiful and peaceful and the house is great- inside and out but especially the garden and pool. Our kids loved it!

Een mooi charmant huis en met smaak gerenoveerd. Echt gezellig ingericht en voorzien van alle comfort. Het huis is gelegen in een rustige omgeving met een prachtig uitzicht. Leuk met de verschillende zit en ligplekken in de tuin en het zwembad is zeker een meerwaarde. We werden warm verwelkomd door Natasja en ze gaf ons goeie tips om de regio te verkennen. Kortom een echte aanrader, weg van de drukte en een plek om echt te relaxen!

Nora's place is simply exceptional and i'd wholeheartedly recommend it. It's a stunning property that has been diligently and sympathetically renovated into a wonderful accommodation, in an idyllic setting. After attending a busy wedding weekend, we were seeking a place that could offer an opportunity to relax, in tranquil surroundings with a touch of Luxury, and this property delivered on every level. Nora is a phenomenal host, who couldn't do enough for us - her communication was fantastic and even went out of her way to offer local recommendations and things to do, even down to organising wine tours and private chefs. Small touches, such as having a super herb garden that we utilised for cooking, and Nora very kindly heated the pool early for us. Thank you very much, for an unforgettable stay Nora. I've already recommended your place to several friends and we will most definitely be back to visit in the not too distant future.
