"Charming apartment with all comforts" DIRK 1

My accommodation is only 4 km from the center of San Teodoro and the famous beaches, beautiful panoramic views, restaurants, family activities and close to all amenities such as supermarkets,pharmacy etc. It is a 20 minute drive to the airport and the port. You'll love my place for these reasons: In a quiet and relaxing area. New decor with full kitchen. Gas line and direct water.( no cylinder in the house ). Plenty of space outside with loungers and barbecues. PRIVATE PARKING SPACE.

Relax with the whole family in this cozy home. The villa is located in a small and private residence near the beach and the center but in a point far from traffic and chaos. The house is perfect for those with children, it is equipped with a crib, side rails and high chair, the gardens are fenced and 50 meters away is a lovely municipal playground. The unique location allows you to reach both La Cinta beach and the town's central square in a few minutes' walk.

Apartment just outside the center of San Teodoro in a very quiet location, the house has everything you need for a beautiful stay. The terrace is the extra gem that makes everything exceptional . Elena and Alessandro's responsiveness and availability is fantastic . A note of merit also to Mrs. Angela available and ready to help if needed . Definitely a repeat stay.

This is your review. We stayed at Villa Ortensia. Welcoming Liviana and Stefano, they immediately made us feel at home. Very available to fulfill our every request, they gave us tips for places to visit during the stay. The house is immersed in greenery, very cozy and functional. It is suitable for families,and those who want to experience the sea in absolute relaxation. It is very close to reach the various beaches,all wonderful. We returned home with us a wonderful memory of this vacation, but above all of Liviana and Stefano, whom we thank very much, hoping to see them again soon. We had a short but excellent stay at Claudia's place. The apartment is very nice. The Airbnb is in their property but the calm and privacy is relaxed. It has everything you need in the apartment. All is well thought out. Close to amenities and beaches, we discovered a very pretty place in Sardinia. The hosts are very friendly. Looking forward to coming back!

The shell house is tastefully furnished and in a strategic position, very close to La Cinta beach and the Municipality of San Teodoro. Quiet and quiet area, easy to reach ss 131 and ss 125 that lead north and south of Sardinia. It has a beautiful terrace overlooking the countryside, in the distance you can see the sea. The kitchen is very equipped and there is also air conditioning inside the apartment. Only lack of Wi-Fi. The house has the possibility of self check-in and check-out but upon our arrival we were welcomed by Mrs. Pietruccia, kind and helpful.

Dream vacations in Sardinia

We had a lovely time at Antonello’s and Rafella’s place. It was very secluded but still near San Teodoro and one of the most beautiful beaches around, La Cinta, it had everything we needed and the only extra charge was the tourist tax, but it was said beforehand. They were lovely and very flexible on check-in and check-out had literally everything you could need to go to the beach and have a pleasant stay. We’ll be definitely coming back when the opportunity presents itself.
