Do the math : The perfect location + An outstanding home + A host who shines brighter than the sun = An unforgettable holiday. Location, location, location. This place has it in spades. No transportation needed. Everything is within walking distance including Night market, 7-Eleven, Lotus, the beach, money exchanges, restaurants, bars and tourist shops. The FAI restaurant is just a few steps away with good food, large servings and friendly prices. Despite being in the middle of all the action, the house is located on a quiet residential side street. The house has everything you need. I loved the bathroom design. The house has plenty of fans and air conditioning. You have your own private pool and patio to relax after a hectic day of sight seeing. Maya is your perfect host. You will be in good hands. She will answer your questions, provide insight and ensure a seamless experience. Really......What more can I say that hasn't already been said. The reviews speak for themselves.

Very nice villa with a very nice view. Of course, you have to cope with steep mountains, but who wants this view also expects it. 1 bed would need to be renewed. The outdoor lighting is very nice for a larger group.

Great location 10 minutes walk to the beach and close to ATMs, restaurants and amenities. Beds were really comfortable and house facilities ensured a easy stay. Hosts were easy to contact, quick to respond and organised us scooters aswell as washing. We had a great holiday and would definitely come back. Outside floor around the pool does get really slippery when wet so more suitable for older kids who won't run around.

We had an all-round perfect stay at this villa. The house was very clean, tastefully decorated and well equipped – we didn't miss anything. The location was quiet and pleasant, with great views. We noticed the good communication with the host in a particularly positive way – friendly, reliable and quickly accessible. We really felt comfortable and would come back any time.

We had a fantastic stay at Patricia's beautiful villa in Koh Samui! The flexible check-in & check-out made our arrival smooth and stress-free. Patricia was an incredibly friendly and communicative host throughout the booking and our stay. On the ground, Kate and Sun were amazing—super helpful and always available when we needed anything. Sun met us at the villa to help us check in and give us a full tour. The villa itself is stunning, the pool area and the view are incredible, you can see all the way to the sea and the islands beyond. The location is very close to Fisherman's Village, just a 10 minute drive up into the hills from the main highway, and easily reachable by car or scooter. The bed was one of the most comfortable we've ever slept in. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing stay, we will definitely be back next time we are in Koh Samui!

Stayed for three nights and loved our stay. Right on the beach and close to supermarkets and plenty of restaurants. You can also easily order Grab and we didn't have to wait for 2 - 3 minutes for a taxi. Communication with the host was good Chris was very responsive. The beach looks very nice, and great to walk on - but it is not great for swimming due to low tides. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay in this cute little villa.

An amazing place to stay, highly reccomend!

Everything was perfect the apartment is amazing and the view too. Only small downside for the pool which is quite far away and the steep access which is a little annoying because the drivers do not want to go up to the top.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The apartment is very nice and exactly as advertised and the area is very peaceful since it is in the countryside. However, you are not too far from Lamai so for me the location was perfect. You should rent a motorbike if you stay here. Chrissie and her husband are very friendly and helpful and there’s a very friendly dog who will greet you every time you go out and leave. I would recommend this place to others and I will stay here again if I come to Samui.

Absolutely gorgeous location with a balcony that has an 180 ocean view you'll never get tired of. The pool is really nice, decent size with the same beautiful view. Quiet and relaxing area, the hill is quite steep and makes for some good exercise. Apartment has a thought through layout and is equipped with relatively modern well working appliances (AC, TV, Showers, Internet, etc.) Philipp and Suwamin were absolutely lovely hosts. Very helpful, proactive and reliable with great and timely communication. If you're looking for something quiet and peaceful where you don't need to leave the apartment I absolutely recommend!

Just perfect. Appartement spotless all what you need is there. Maid Nan was great, very friendly. Combinaison of private place plus the use of the resort facilités is fantastic. Host very réactive, good advises all great. Hope just that next time I want to book it will bé free !!!!

Stay was very good, very easy and flexible check-in and the hostess was always available by phone and very friendly. Rooms were cleaned daily and water etc. were provided Pool was also great and was cleaned daily. Overall stay was really very good, only had good experiences with the property.

This place was perfect, the apartment is spacious and clean, there’s a lovely pool to relax in with amazing views and the host was always there when we needed something. Lovely stay and would come back again!

Our stay at this air bnb was incredible, the stunning sunset views from the balcony were an evening highlight. The apartment is pristine with beautiful interior decor and has every amenity you could think of for your stay. Mel was incredibly responsive and helpful, always available to answer our questions. The Welcome basket on arrival is very thoughtful, ours included some wine, beer and lovely local snacks and chocolates. We loved the location, which was close to everything including the airport. We had a private Yoga and Sound healing Session on the last night, it was incredible, thank you for the recommendation Mel. We cannot recommend Mel and the property highly enough.

We stayed four weeks at Lauren’s place and we were sad to leave. The flat is exactly as it looks in the photos: clean, spacious, and with a well-equipped kitchen. Both the bed and the sofa were both huge and very comfortable. The pool was fantastic. There are two washing machines in the complex, but we did our laundry at a place two minutes down the lane where the shopkeeper always had 10-baht coins in change. It takes about 30 mins to walk to Chaweng Beach. Initially, we were disappointed that the beach was further than we anticipated. But in the end we saw this as a positive: the neighbourhood is quiet, but still close to restaurants and a good supermarket. It’s also in the middle of a local residential neighbourhood, which we appreciated as much of Chaweng is relentless resorts. To go further, we used Grab. (note that taxis are relatively expensive in Samui). Do pack an HDMI cable as the TV in the flat isn’t a smart TV. Overall, great value for money in this price range.

The reception is done by the staff of the hotel located in the same complex, very welcoming, smiling and available staff. The accommodation is next to a Resort where you can access the pool. The accommodation is very good and has everything you need. As stated on the listing and other comments, no cleaning will be done unless you pay 500bht. About 20/30 minutes walk from the center of Chaweng and about 200bht for 2 in tuktuk. Chao is very responsive and attentive, I recommend 100%.

We really enjoyed our stay at Paul’s condominium. It was just as he described, spacious and comfortable with a great view. We felt very safe and secure and usually left our front door and back slider wide open to take advantage of a great cross breeze thru the condo. It was our first time staying in an Airbnb, where we had to pay the electricity and water separately, which turned out to be no problem. Although the temperatures were in the mid 80s, we only had to use the air conditioning in the bedroom at night time while sleeping. We stayed nine nights and had the cleaners come in one time and the total charge was just over 800 Baht (about $2.50 per day). The hill to walk into town mentioned by Paul is very steep! Walking up it in the afternoon sun was a killer. We would definitely recommend this Airbnb to our friends and family.

Brian is an exceptional host—kind, attentive, and always willing to help. He arranged our pickup from Nathon Pier (since we took the ferry from Krabi) and can also help organize a motorbike, which we’d highly recommend for getting around (the hill is steep, but the location is worth it!). His guestbook is full of great recommendations, and his hospitality made our stay seamless. The condo itself is stunning, with unbeatable ocean and cliff views from the balcony—waking up to that scenery felt surreal! It’s also super spacious, clean, and just 2 minutes from Bo Phut Temple and 13 minutes from Fisherman’s Village (which we visited often). The pool area is lovely, and the whole place has a peaceful, luxurious vibe. We wish we could give 10 stars—for the price this was one of our favorite stays in Thailand, and we can’t wait to return. The apartment was very lovely and we got to check in early. Unfortunately there was an emergency water leakage in the upstairs apartment and they were doing some acute renovations during the two days we were planning to stay there. It was a surprise for everyone but Oshin was very helpful from the beginning to the end and she was quick with the full refund. Unfortunately we couldn’t stay there but would definitely recommend and Oshin was extremely helpful host. Thank you

Absolutely beautiful apartment. Clean as a whistle and great quality . Bed was huge and super comfortable. Slept really well here for a week. ( chronic insomniac!!) . Air conditioning was sublime. Lovely pool when you feel like a day off sight seeing . Walking distance from the beach - absolutely stunning also with several great beach cafés , and a ‘high street’ of more wonderful places to eat . A couple of super boojie cafes that are less ‘Thai’ but absolutely everywhere serves divine fresh fruit smoothies and really good coffee. Could have stayed a few years!!
