In the heart of the green Ardèche in the Doux valley in Lamastre, a typical stone house, a single room at the foot of the castle of Retourtour in a small, completely pedestrian, very quiet hamlet. 100 meters from a landscaped lake, 1.5 km from the city center. Bike room, private parking with gate for motorcycles. Numerous activities, visits and hikes in the surroundings. Steam train, railbike. There is no Wi-Fi here, but very good 4G coverage: an ideal setting to disconnect and enjoy the calm. Located in an old traditional Ardèche farmhouse, it is a spacious and warm 3-star gîte. A 10-minute walk from a very beautiful river, it is the perfect starting point for many walks, bike rides, or donkey rides (rental on site). Village 500 m away (bar and grocery store). 20 minutes from Mont Gerbier de Jonc and 1 hour from Lac d'Issarlès. Bed linens and towels are provided. Beds are made upon arrival.
