You are a 10 minute walk from the Place d 'Armes and the great belfry of Douai, 15 minutes walk from the train station and right next to shops, restaurants and public transport. Free parking at the bottom of the building. The apartment is comfortable and cosy. It has been carefully prepared to welcome you!

The duvets are adjustable (4-seasons). The living room features a smart TV with access to Netflix. Kitchen is equipped with ceramic hobs, electric ovens and microwave. I was blown away with the friendliness of Nancy and her family and the lovely welcome I received too .. Nancy is fabulous host with positive energy and a good heart and lovely to chat with and a very nice lady.. I felt right at home and was afforded a lovely warm welcome 🙏 The room is big and spacious with a fantastic comfortable bed and a lovely view out across open fields.. The bathroom is very good with all the amenities I needed and although I didn’t cook the kitchen is available to use and I was able to use the fridge too . Nancy & her husband have the most beautiful and wonderful little boy who is adorable and a joy to be around 😊 I will definitely stay again and I would wholeheartedly recommend Nancy as a first class host with a beautiful peaceful home that is amazing and a perfect location too ..
