We welcome you to our 2 accommodations in a quiet area surrounded by greenery , but very close to big cities , Lille 20 minutes , Lens 25 minutes, Arras 30 minutes . The building is independent of our house. On the ground floor are the living room, the toilet and the kitchen and upstairs the bedroom with the bathroom. The breakfast option is possible at €10 per person. We are 3 km from the forest of Phalempin. For work, the highway is 7 minutes away. I look forward to welcoming you😁.

Fully-equipped 2-bedroom house

While passing through the area for a weekend or a business trip, pack your bags at the corner of Les Bonnettes. This house close to the city center consists of an equipped kitchen, bathroom, living room, dining room, 2 large bedrooms upstairs, a pretty terrace and a green garden. You will find hiking trails within walking distance (Bonnettes, walk along the Scarpe...) The train station is just a few minutes walk away and Arras is a 20-minute drive away.

"At the foot of the Belfry" - Superb location

Enjoy a charming renovated studio at the foot of the Belfry and the beautiful squares of Arras. With an area of 25 m2 and located on the 3rd floor (no elevator), it includes a spacious living area (double bed 160 x 200 cm, connected TV and large storage closet). A snack area is integrated into the kitchen (fridge, stove, SENSEO coffee machine, kettle, toaster). The bathroom is equipped with a large shower, hair dryer, towel dryer and toilet.
