Our very bright, idyllic and quietly located apartment is on the first floor of our house and has direct access to your terrace area and the garden. The apartment is in mint condition, has rural modern furnishings and is very well equipped. Frasdorf lies at the foot of the Chiemgau mountains, nestled in the gentle hills of the Alpine foothills. Just 8 kilometers from Lake Chiemsee and Lake Simssee. Centrally located between Munich and Salzburg and away from the hustle and bustle and in every season.

Enjoy a newly renovated 2 bedroom apartment with a mountain view in Buermoos. The apartment sleeps 5 people and is about 30 minutes from Salzburg city. The train station is within a 2 minute walking distance from the apartment which will take you to Salzburg main station. If you prefer to use the car, we offer free parking for 1 car (more vehicles are possible upon request). If you are looking to bring work along, we have you covered - the apartment offers a work station with an extra monitor.

With great attention to detail, we have created a small haven of peace for those seeking relaxation here at the beautiful Waginger See. Our Tiny House "Gänseblümchen" is with about 16 sqm a cozy retreat and has everything you wish for a relaxing vacation. Very special is your private wellness area with barrel sauna and hot tub, which can also be a refreshment in the summer. In the house you can enjoy the mountain view in the hammock or relax in bed streaming something.

The accommodation is located on a quiet, secluded organic farm in the Salzburg region. It's ideal for rest and relaxation, but also for cycling or running in the heart of nature. Several beautiful, warm swimming lakes are located between 2 and 7 km away. The IBM Moor is approximately 5 km away. The loft has a bathroom, a kitchen with an induction hob, electric stove, and refrigerator. The sauna can be rented exclusively for a fee. We do not offer a transfer service.

Loft in the studio This stylish, cozy loft in Etienne's studio is located on the edge of the forest just outside Bad Ischl. Art and nature lovers get their money's worth here. Get in touch with the artist Etienne, who paints on the first floor of the studio. The view of the picturesque mountain scenery is intoxicating. From the terrace on the east side, you can enjoy the morning sun at breakfast and have a wonderful view of the garden with a pond and barbecue area.

We have a nice little 1-room apartment for travelers who like to spend a little time out in nature. The apartment is about 15 square meters and has everything you need for a relaxed stay. There is a small kitchen and a spacious bed in the living room. The bathroom has a large rain shower. Centrally located a few minutes' drive from Bad Reichenhall and Salzburg. Berchtesgaden can be reached in around 20 minutes. A small grocery store is just around the corner on Untersbergstrasse and is open 7 days a week (Sunday from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m.). A beautiful family outdoor pool is just a 5-minute walk away.

Apartment (attention: without a kitchen) with separate entrance in a tranquil, quiet village You have your own bathroom and a separate toilet, can share the garden and its seating and there is also the possibility to book breakfast. In the room you will find a coffee maker, fridge, small selection of dishes for all occasions and a mini oven. The dining area with two chairs can also be used as a workplace.

Old town Salzburg

Apartment in a 19th century house, for 1- 4 in the old center beneath the castle/ monastry (sound of music), very calm, clean and cosy, ten minutes walk to the Mozartplatz, 15 minutes by bus from the trainstation. For our guests with toddlers/small children we are very happy to offer a Thule Sport 2 carriage for lend (10 euros/day). This way you can explore Salzburg by foot also with small children!

Our accommodation is located in a quiet residential area close to the city of Salzburg (7 km). FOR BUSINESS TRAVELLERS: We issue invoices with VAT shown! We live in Germany, in the Berchtesgadener Land tourist region, on the outskirts of the Berchtesgadener and Salzburg Alps in the municipality of Ainring. A car would be an advantage. Free on-site parking is available.
