We had a lovely stay...the place was very clean and had everything we needed (we liked the books and games). Julie was very friendly and helpful when making the booking arrangements and we appreciated being able to book at short notice.

Our host Carl was terrific, friendly and very helpful. The place was spotless and little touches like bread, milk, eggs, biscuits etc was great. Some books, board games and a large TV with fire stick means you won't get bored 😄. couldn't recommend the place more highly.

We had a lovely few days and the apartment was lovely and thank you for the welcome pack as well. Deffo come back.Could do a mirror in the bedroom and the mattress was al little uncomfortable.

A well loved and super clean cottage in a surprisingly quiet part of Arnside. The garden is a little gem after a long day out in good weather. Thoroughly recommend and friends say I’m pretty fussy.

The lodge was fabulous, really enjoyed our stay. I even picked up a couple of decor ideas. Had a lovely time feeding the ducks, swans and other wildlife, very relaxing. Shops and amenities easy to get to by car, lovely restaurants around the area. Would absolutely recommend.

Anne Sarah was quick to respond to any questions and communicated well from start to finish. Lovely lodge well furnished. The hot tub made it extra special. Cake and fizz on arrival was very much appreciated. Thanks for a fantastic stay.

My teenage daughters and I stayed at James’s place, it was easy to access, communication was great with James and a small issue whilst it couldn’t be rectified at the time (it didn’t bother me) he informed me it was fixed after we left which is great. There was a local store to get bits and pieces of food and drink. Easy access to Manchester and a view of the river from the back of the property. The girls said it was also good for tiktok’s or Insta posts as it had good mirrors!

Great location for us visiting family. Would be good for walkers /bird watchers etc as good coastal access . Lovely view from main living area.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful 2-bedroom apartment! The space was clean, comfortable and exactly as described. One of the highlights was the stunning view, it made morning and night feel special. The apartment is also in a fantastic location, just a short walk to great restaurants, shops and other amenities, which made exploring the area super convenient. Communication with the host was smooth and easy from start to finish. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a cozy, well-located stay with a view! Thank you ❤️

The apartment is exactly as advertised. It was clean, warm and really comfy. It has a lovely bay window where myself and auntie could just sit in peace and watch the world go by. If you want a chilled time away but with everything on your doorstep this is the place. Plenty lovely restaurants, cafes, shops and not far from the trams and right across from the beach.

Lovely and clean flat in a nice and quiet neighbourhood close to the front. It had all you needed for a few nights stay with a little one. Stair gate on the stairs, booster seat and cot (on request). Ideally located right near a tram stop only a few minutes walk. I felt safe there and it was very homely. I would stay again and reccomend to friends. Beds are comfy smart tv in the lounge and tv in main bedroom. A lovely and clean well equipped kitchen which had a few extras which were useful for our stay (tin foil, sauces, butter, tea and coffee, condiments) and fresh milk ready for our arrival. Great wet room too very clean. Great communication and lovely hosts quick to respond to any queries pre and whilst staying. Also I was able to check in earlier which was really helpful so thank you for this. Parking on the road is free but one car driveway in-front of flat too. Thanks again we enjoyed our stay.

Lovely peaceful place, perfect for exploring the local area. The cottage was great and had everything I needed. Margaret even left a pint of milk on the doorstep for when I arrived. Would definitely stay again and recommend to friends and family 😊
