Dear guests, you will have an apartment with a garden in a villa a few steps from the sea and the pine forest. The house has a large kitchen with direct access to the cool equipped garden where you can have your breakfasts and dinners during the summer, but you will also find a fireplace and a magnificent bathroom with whirlpool for your winter evenings. The elegant bedroom and large living room with sofa bed and TV complete the house.

Villa between the sea and the mountains

A few minutes from the sea and ski slopes, nestled in the hills of Pescarese but only 25 minutes from the sea, 40 minutes from the mountains and a 5-minute drive to the highway. Only SMALL dogs are allowed. The villa is inhabited by the homeowners on the upper floor but they will be present mainly only for check-in and garden maintenance, while guests will have full privacy and autonomy of the ground floor.

The house with blue windows is a recently renovated farmhouse surrounded by nature on the edge of the Majella park. Easy to reach and in a strategic position with respect to the numerous places of interest, the Celestinian hermitages, the Orfento Valley, the Giumentina Valley, excursions in the park, free climbing in Roccamorice. It is also only 30 minutes from Pescara and the sea.
